This hotel is quite close to Lenyadri caves and ganpati temple, so we booked AC rooms. But even when we reached around 7pm, the rooms were not ready. Once available, it was not clean. The AC in the room did not work and in May heat we were not able to sleep. The owner of the hotel did apologize and at 12.30am shifted us to a room with cooler, but it did not help, we were not able to sleep well for the night due to continuous disturbance for AC follow up

Very bad management, it shows rooms available on agent websites(yatra, etc). Once booked the hotel will cancel it from their end and ask for more money for same booking at last minute. Excellent trap!

I has booked a room at this place thru yatra. Com. The previous night they just cancelled my booking by sending an email. When I called them back, the person says you can book the room directly with us but at a much higher price. It's unfair. Yatra. Com not allow such malpractice on their portal.
