Hotel Grape City - Peshawari Restaurant

POSITIVES: I had my occasion over here in the month of June in one of their banquet hall. The hall was descent and the banquet hall and washrooms were well maintained. the buffet food here was amazing, from salads to main course and deserts all were wow. In terms of taste and quality Grape city surely serves the best food. The cost for only food and hall were budget friendly. I also got few rooms booked for my guest and the rooms are descent and were very spacious, the staff here is polite. The hotel is located in a nice area and it is easily accessible from main road. NEGATIVES: The stage provided in banquet hall was small. Hotel room service need to be improved. Need to focus more on clealiness of the rooms.

Third classroom, even I could say the third class is also sound good compare to this room. The floor were dirty. The cotton is the bedsheet. The pillow are full of hairs. The pillow cover was oily and from white, it is looking like yellow. And I have no words for washroom , Even the roadside highways, washrooms are good enough than this three star hotel washroom . I just need to know who gave this shitty Hotel three star . Their charging 3000 per room and don’t even offer a ₹300 service

Located on the main Nasik road, it is very easy to approach. Has parking facility too, but a very few cars can actually park. The staff is under employed, takes atleast 45 min for the order to reach your table after ordering the food. The ambience of the veg restaurant is calming. The taste of the food is ok. You can check it out. I like their Rumali Khakhra....if the butter is less, ask them to put in some, and they'll do it. 👍 Happy dining VERY VERY SLOW SERVICE!! Come here only if you have atleast 2-3 hours for dinning!

Had stayed twice their and last time the experience was not soo good.. Had to ask clean the room properly after check in the room. Mopping of floor was not done properly. And, in bathroom after cleaning also hair were thein in sink. So, asked to change the room. Had asked pillow covers to change as it was looking dusty. Rooms should be properly cleaned before giving to customer and bathrooms too. Rooms badly need to be renovated and dusting should be done properly as saw a big spider moving in the room. Service was also delayed a bit last time when stayed. Overall, needs to be improved and not worth for th cost we pay.
