NillVery unpleasant experience. There were multiple cockroaches in the bathroom and room throughout the day and night. the bathroom was dirty and the water in the sink tasted disgusting. Do better.

NillI had an extremely unpleasant experience staying at Collection O Andheri. The staff are unprofessional and inefficient. All the rooms were booked and we were denied a stay. Then they have us a small room with air conditioner not working. Further at 11 PM at night they asked us (3 ladies) to vacate the room as they had bookings. We complained to OYO and some how arranged another hotel room. Worst experience had with the hotel OYO. Was first time and will never do any booking in future.

NillI am a heart patient, and my wife is a cancer patient, we went to Mumbai for treatment at Kokilaben Hospital. I made a blunder booking this hotel at Agoda, here are my concerns: 1. I lost my mobile charger from Hotel room, no support from Manager. 2. The room has smell, even most of the room are below average. 3. I reached Mumbai 1.30 AM Midnight along with my wife who is a patient, spent 40 minutes at location to find the hotel because hotel name was different on the board. Thanks to Uber driver who helped me out of the way. 4. Agoda given me wrong hotel no. When I called at no. it goes to OYO and they said agoda can help you. 5. I requested at Agoda customer care several time but it always given me generic reply, No one provided me correct phone no. of Hotel leaving me clueless. 6. When I got the room, the very next day he asked me to vacate the room and shift to smaller room. Apart from this room all rooms were too small. This was my first experience at Agoda and I am extremely disappointed with Hotel and Agoda.
