Meritas Adore Resort

This place is good if you want to relax for a day or two. Resort ambience is good. Rooms are okay. They need to do some renovation inside the room like changing the sofa, pillows, AC, etc. The service staff is good and very cooperative. They are quick in service. This property is having inhouse kitchen which serves the lunch and dinner as well. The price is a bit high but the food quality is good. They maintain the hygiene in the restaurant. The breakfast is good. They served multiple options in the breakfast. Cons - 1. A bit far from the main tourist points. 2. They do not allow to check in if you reach there early by an hour or two. (That is my experience.)

It was a pleasure staying at Meritas Adore Resort. The employees are kindly, caring and very professional. Firstly I would like to recognize Shivam, the front desk staff that checked us in. He customer service is on point. Secondly, I would also like to recognize Babarao and Rahul, the servers at the restaurant. Thirdly, upon checking out I would like to recognize Anjali and Pawan for their professional assistance. ||However, a small suggestion. Kindly avoid guest at the hotel to bringing their own speakers. There was one couple who brought a speaker, hang it on the balcony and played music very loudly. This rein the ambience and family oriented feeling. It felt as though the hotel was a place of partying, sex, drugd and alcohol.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during the rainy season—yet the experience felt seamless and even delightful. As soon as the rain stopped, the gardens and public areas were meticulously cleaned and restored. Seeing that kind of care immediately after rainfall was highly impressive and spoke volumes about their attention to detail in maintaining a pristine atmosphere. The food deserves a special mention. Everything we tasted was exquisitely prepared—flavors that felt genuine and well‑balanced. Staff service was outstanding: friendly, responsive, and consistently going the extra mile.

We had so so so much fun in this resort. The rooms were sweet and cozy, the resort was so beautiful and comforting and the staff were so so so kind and patient. The staff was really really sweet and helpful the whole time. Swimming pool was clean, food was amazing and we had so much fun playing games in club house. It was a lovely stay overall. Will definitely visit again🥰

Rooms are enough spacious. Maintenance wise this place needs to be improved. My experience - AC Remote not working TV remote not working Hotel intercom telephone not working Restaurant for morning breakfast is so tiny. Very congested. Food quality was ok but very oily served. Cost to Service - should avoid visiting this place. At same price range, better options are available in the vicinity.

Not worth the price at all. The hotel is just basic and the pictures are deceiving. The staff are not friendly and welcoming. I could have paid a little more for a 5 star hotel and made my trip worthwhile. The breakfast was the worst, the dining staff were confused and couldn't handle the place. The food has no variety, the bakery items were stale. Bathrooms will ruin your mood. Don't go by what you see in the pictures. It's basic and nothing fancy.

This place is a Haven for people who prefer thing a level above excellence. Mr. Hrishikesh runs his ship like a superstar. His staff right from the Bellhop to the in house Chef to the Managers are so trained and so kind, not once did anyone treat us bad in any way. If you are looking for a place for peace of mind then this is the place you need to be. Thank you Meritas for one of the best stays we have had in a long time.
