Won’t recommend anyone. Had to cancel my booking here after reaching and seeing the room. Extremely congested room was given on the name of deluxe room. On asking the reception they said OYO has put fake pics it’s not our fault. It was so congested that there was no place for a pin to fall beside the bed. It seemed the bed was forcefully adjusted there. Very bad experience. I had booked it a week in advance, still on reaching there they said that’s the only room left and we will have to take it. Didn’t stay and took a room in nearby hotel for the same price. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Very bad service, (if there is half or zero rating option i will choose that) 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 1.receptionist had very rough language too talk he don't even know how to talk with costumers 2.we had one day before conform booking and. On checkin time they said that we had not even book a room after that asking for more amount(aprox. 7.5k) for the 1 night stay Please guys don't take risk too book these hotel they are fraud people. (Waste your day)😏

I had booked it from OYO. I was rejected check-in as they gave my room to an offline customer and the hotel was full. We were helpless at late night. Worst management as they didn’t even take the responsibility for their mistakes. Worst management and worst condition of Hotel. Strictly avoid.

Location was very difficult to find. Bad room room are full with dust,kai and spider. Oyo Kit was not provided. Staff bad ac not working tv was installed after 3 hr of check-in . No heath and hygiene was there. Tea table was broken.

3rd class hotel, Never go here other Hotel much better i called this Hotel Name"RAMBHAROSE" hotel Day staff is very bad behavior with us, very dirty room and bathroom, very much ant(Chinti)there He said, "Koi kuchh khata h to hote rehta h uska kuchh nahi kr skte" lights not there in night They have inviter but not use for use, room landline not working, not bell room in side how many time you will up & down for ur complaint? Owner stay in Jaypur He is not received our call. Never Go with Our family 😡😡

Horrible management. The manager is a sweet talking manipulator. I had an advance booking through oyo for AC room and they said only 1 room is available which is non ac but afterwards 2 rooms are allotted to walk-in guests... And guess what both rooms have ac.

1st They say it's 7 kms from khopoli which is not it's 15-17 kms . 2nd seeing rates rooms quality is not so good. I recommend not to stay here .. you will get better hotel in this rate in any other hotel in Lonavala- khopoli.

don't go.. here.. u will cheated.. with online booking.. no quality hotel still pricing like 5 star.. hotel what thay shows online price is just for.. after u reached there thay will say.. low tariff hai.. oyo se bat krlo.. 😂 nd after all u will be cancelled n waste of ur tym.. so don't go there
