HOTEL NEETA'S INN

Took 3 hours extra for a journey of just 4.5 hours. No traffic issues, the driver stopped the bus for 20-30 mins at 3 stops. When I asked he said office ne bola hai. And when I said our time is getting wasted, he said main kya karu. Driver was too rude. If you can't take us to the destination at the said time than don't promise it on Redbus. Thoda late hoga traffic ya koi wajha se toh ok hai but without reason delay karte ho woh nahi chalega. Pathetic service.

Convenient rest stop with good food Stopped at Hotel Neeta’s Inn, Lonavala during my Neeta Travels bus ride from Pune to Mumbai. It’s a spacious rest stop with decent seating. I ordered two veg grilled sandwiches — they were fresh, tasty, and served quickly. My friend had the veg Hakka noodles, which were also decent and worth the price. The place has a couple of shops selling Lonavala specialties like chikkis and fudge, so it’s a good spot to grab some local treats while you’re there. Overall, a nice and convenient break during the journey.

Worst hotel inn ever. Food is not served fresh. Stale vadapav served. We ordered dosa but it never arrived. Overall worst experience.

Not sure about hotel on way towards Mumbai from Pune via bus this place was a pit stop to rest and eat. So the restaurant and eateries is what I experienced. Had a misal pav and it was good but prices are very high.

Taste was very average according to the price, its just the game of demand supply as it's owned by the Same company which operates in travels and all their buses stops here so everyone has to eat from here only. I ordered Sandwich and tea Sandwiche (Veg Cheese -100 , Tea -20) Sandwich was very average but the tea was nice, washroom is okay no problem as such, other things are available outside the hotel as well.

Not sure about the hotel frankly However, I visited the hotel to board my bus. I reached early so I went to enquire with a man who was sitting with ticket booking chart A person named Dinesh Gala, cross selled my ticket to another party saying my bus is late. WITHOUT my PERMISSION. However, my bus was on time so I went ahead and sat on my seat. When I confronted him, he started misbehaving and started yelling at me for no reason at all. Such a misbehaving and illml-mannered man kept by neeta travels to guide the passengers. Neeta bus travels your urgent assistance and strict action against this man is highly appreciated.

I have never stayed in this hotel, but as per the location the hotel is not good, it's a major stop over for busses gong with in the city or connection between routes, there is a small grocery shop available in the premises, Gents toilet which is public is very very bad. Food court is the waiting area for catching busses from here, and is OK as compared for a waiting area, charging points are available, smoking is available out side...over all its a OK place, but will not recommend for staying here....

I have not taken food there. The best thing is that the place is neat and clean. The toilets are also maintained satisfactorily. Neeta buses running between Pune and Mumbai makes stay here for 15 minutes. The items being sold on the shops outside the restaurant should sell the items at genuine prices. The prices of items at the shop outside the hotel appear to be inflated very much.
