Not sure about the hotel frankly However, I visited the hotel to board my bus. I reached early so I went to enquire with a man who was sitting with ticket booking chart A person named Dinesh Gala, cross selled my ticket to another party saying my bus is late. WITHOUT my PERMISSION. However, my bus was on time so I went ahead and sat on my seat. When I confronted him, he started misbehaving and started yelling at me for no reason at all. Such a misbehaving and illml-mannered man kept by neeta travels to guide the passengers. Neeta bus travels your urgent assistance and strict action against this man is highly appreciated.

I have never stayed in this hotel, but as per the location the hotel is not good, it's a major stop over for busses gong with in the city or connection between routes, there is a small grocery shop available in the premises, Gents toilet which is public is very very bad. Food court is the waiting area for catching busses from here, and is OK as compared for a waiting area, charging points are available, smoking is available out side...over all its a OK place, but will not recommend for staying here....

Terrible food. And the chef is rude to all their workers as if the work is Michelin star. We had mysore masala and regretted the entire way home that why did we even eat that.

I have not taken food there. The best thing is that the place is neat and clean. The toilets are also maintained satisfactorily. Neeta buses running between Pune and Mumbai makes stay here for 15 minutes. The items being sold on the shops outside the restaurant should sell the items at genuine prices. The prices of items at the shop outside the hotel appear to be inflated very much.

Not so answerable people you can find at 3 am At 3 am i get dropped on the bridge by neeta travels and then i walked to the hotel in mid night alone. When i reach the hotel and i can't find the head who is present but not at reception he was sleeping in corner. A worker try to waking him up but he love sleeping then after some time he wake up and i asked about a single room for only bath and change my clothes he told me to pay 1800 rs. And then without any talk he again slept. Then i stay outside and see the kitchen which is not clean and the bad smell of vegetable and the old food is coming. The table are also very sticky like oil spread on it and then not be cleaned.

Travelled by Neeta bus and stopped at their rest point in Lonavla. Dirty washrooms and food was not worth of the price they charge. Atleast the bus was decent.
