NillGood room and location, food was also quite tasty but the service was a bit inconsistent. They charged around 100 Rs for a bit of Ice and gave cold food for breakfast in the morning. The day before the food was very tasty. Good enough place to stay but maybe service depends on who is managing the restaurant on the particular day. I would like to give 3.5 but no option to give on google.

NillExcept for morning buffet everything else was very good. For the price the services were good. Lunch was awesome. Service too fast and good. Location away from town quiet. Caring respectful staff and yogesh has been helpful.. Recommended.

NillThis place is in a very good location with quite fresh meals, especially the lunch menu. We ordered daal, roti, and mixed veg, along with burnt garlic rice, quite tasty. However the coffee and masala tea was quite bland, and I would encourage to improve this. Additionally, bfast that was ordered was served cold (upma and poha). Overall, I would say it was a good experience, however some parts of the service and communication can be improved. Thank you for the stay!

NillHad a great experience at Treebo Reveniir Resort. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff behaviour is polite, helpful and cooperative. Also had breakfast at restaurant which was too good.

NillI recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms were clean and well-maintained, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. The most frustrating issue was the swimming pool. Not only was it unavailable, but the water was filthy — clearly neglected and unsafe for use. Despite this, a group of guests later accessed the pool, raising serious hygiene concerns. It's shocking that the hotel staff allowed this to happen, showing a complete lack of responsibility. Adding to the frustration, this same group caused a loud disturbance until 2:00 AM. Incredibly, the hotel staff seemed oblivious to this, and I had to personally intervene by shouting at the group and informing reception. This is completely unacceptable — maintaining peace and ensuring guest comfort is the staff's responsibility, and they failed miserably. Simply operating under a well-known brand name isn’t enough. If the staff can’t uphold basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest well-being, the brand’s reputation will mean nothing. I strongly urge the management to take these issues seriously and implement immediate improvements.

NillI am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent experience with your hotel, which has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had booked a room and later cancelled it more than 30 hours prior to the check-in time. Despite cancelling through your WhatsApp and system-generated booking platform, the cancellation was not visible in your system until 24 hours later. Due to this delay on your end, you have charged me ₹3,100 and refunded only ₹400 from the advance of ₹3,500. This is completely unjustified. I would like to know: On what basis was ₹3,100 deducted? Why was the cancellation not updated in your system on time? Why is the customer being penalized for a system delay caused by your team? It is unacceptable that no clear refund policy was communicated at the time of booking or cancellation, and now such a large amount has been deducted without proper explanation. This kind of experience leaves a very negative impression, and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone unless this issue is resolved fairly. I request an immediate review and refund of the deducted amount, along with a clear justification.

NillWe stayed there for 02 nights in a super deluxe room. It was an amazing and descent experience. Cleanliness, house keeping, and food were all up to the mark. Specially I will mention the name of the manager Mr. Deepak and all the other support staffs for their courteous behaviour and cooperative nature. I can recommend tourists who are visiting Lonavala can opt this place for a hassle free and fabulous stay.

NillBest budget hotel. Great staff and on top well mannered. The kitchen gets shut around 10 00 pm that's a bit of a draw back but you can order it from outside
