Hotel Matruchhaya Lonavala

I got to know a different side of the local people of Lonava. Rooms are average. No Room service. No lift, it was very difficult for senior citizens. No helping hand from the staff for carrying bags. No restaurant, you have to order food from outside. Price was costly (4 k +)as it was a long weekend. The checkout time is 10am, reception called 3 times(8:30am, 9:00am, 9:45am) for reminder and attitude was too rude and arrogant, specially the person take care of the reception. We got to know from our Driver that, lonavala is a over crowded place in weekends/season time, getting hotel is very difficult if you are not booking in advance, because of this high demand most of the mid range hotel’s staff are like unprofessional, they they don’t care at all and about google reviews, they buy it from different people for marketing. As per my experience, please don’t book this hotel if you are coming with family/friend for a vacation.

Clean rooms. Good service. Really enjoyed the stay. Convenient location and parking space. If anyone is looking for budget friendly good accomodation, I'll recommend this hotel

A well maintained hotel which has recently been refurbished. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very close to the market n railway station and away from the noisy areas of lonavala.

The rooms are clean and have balconies and meet the bare basic criteria of a semi decent hotel. However, their service is nonexistent. They have no courtesy. For example, they asked my cobrother, who is this guy, pointing to me. They thought my cobrother had brought me with him to take bath in their bathroom! As soon as it’s 10:00 AM check out, they start pestering you to leave room immediately. They will not give you even 30 minutes extra. The food is also not from their kitchen but has to ordered from outside.

It is in walking distance from railway station and it is budget friendly. The room and especially the washroom was very clean but small. We did not have food here so cannot comment about that. The services need to be improved. They charged extra 500 for early checkin even though rooms were empty. We stayed for two days but they did not cleaned our room after first day.

|A quiet place a little bit away from the main road traffic. As the distance was not very much from the main road many restaurant options were available at a short walk distance. Both the railway station and bus station are also within walking distance.||The hotel rooms were clean and the room had a balcony and was having hot water available 24 hours. The hotel staff was very good and helpful.|

Recently stayed at Matruchaya for 2 nights and 1 day. The stay was absolutely pleasant. The staff was very polite. The tea that they serve is just wow. Room and the washroom was very clean. We got a balcony as well. Hotel is situated at a prime location. Greenery and surrounding is also nice. Would love to stay there again in our next visit.
