Regenta SGS Greenotel - Lonavala

The property is at a good place. But their service is pathetic. Again the quantity of food we ordered. Wonder what were we paying for. Have been to excellent hotels but this one is a great decor but the rest not recommended at all. If u are a family of 4 please reconsider going for better hotels around. Lonavala is food and fun

Very good room service with friendly staff. Beautiful views from the top of the building with amazing swimming pool. Food was the best part of my stay there. Only thing I thought to improve was usage of plastic bottles. In the room, we had glass bottles but in and around dining area, smaller water bottles were used...This may be on request of host but I found there is possibility to be more ecofriendly.

Hotel is located right next to the main market. Rooms are spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast had a wide range of options. Swimming pool with infinity view at terrace level is very good. Staff is very courteous and polite. Enjoyed the stay over here.

Location of the hotel is good, also the view from balcony is what encouraged us for the stay here but their service sucks! They had not cleaned the room when we arrived there and upon complaint they moved us to a different room but anyways that was a more spacious room with a better view so we were settled. Later, we discovered it’s a vegetarian hotel which we had missed out on while booking and also the beautiful Fiori Cafe down there is fully vegetarian. So, make sure you note these things while booking.

Location is at Old Mumbai Pune Highway near to main Lonavala market.Rooms are clean and well maintained. All basic amenities in room.Ample parking available.There is rooftop swimming pool giving views of mountain scenery.Game zone has chess,carrom, children play area, pool game . Two restaurants at ground floor. Variety of items in breakfast. Taste was good . In dinner we ordered in room menu but food taste needs improvement. Staff at reception and at restaurant needs to be polite and friendly. Overall good experience.

The experience is very good. The atmosphere is good. Food quality is good. The staff is good and supportive. The rooms are clean and big enough. Hot water is available for 24 hours. I like soups, starters and main courses. The location is good i.e. near the Railway station and ST stand. Parking is good. No dormitory for drivers.

All services, food, rooms, location & staff are excellent. Everybody is courteous and takes effort to make your stay comfortable & memorable. Special mention to Monali, she has been very courteous and helpful to the family Great work!
