I stayed at Ritz Heritage Hotel in Lonavala, and my experience was quite disappointing. Room & Cleanliness: The room was not well-maintained, and there was a strong bad smell throughout the premises. Cleanliness and hygiene were poor, and the environment was uncomfortable. Not Suitable for Couples: This hotel is not recommended for couples. The atmosphere lacked privacy, comfort, and a peaceful vibe. It didn’t feel safe or relaxing for a couple's stay. Overall Experience: I would not recommend Ritz Heritage Hotel to anyone expecting cleanliness, comfort, or a couple-friendly environment.

It is a very old villa . They should maintain it properly. We booked a deluxe room.The bathroom door was broken . And the lock was also not working. There were 2 huge cockroaches, one in the room and one in the bathroom . The wifi was also slow

IF YOU GET GOOD DEAL ON WEEKENDS FOR THIS HOTEL. NEVER GO . THE DESK GUY WILL TELL YOU ROOMS ARE BOOKED AND HE WILL ASK FOR MORE MONEY. THEN HE WILL GIVE YOU THE ROOM. (I HAD BOOKED IT VIA AGODA) . HE ASKED FIRST TO SEND EMAIL FOR CANCELLATION AND GIVE HIM CASH. AND WORST PART AFTER GIVING MORE MONEY THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE LOW CLASS, MOLD FILLED ROOMS AND WORST TASTING BREAKFAST YOU EVER HAD IN LIFE.

It is a budget friendly hotel at a walking distance from lonavala station. Aloo paratha, sandwich and chai is must advisable in breakfast... Service is quick. Super deluxe room is very good and cozy.

Very nice heritage hotel, requires a bit of painting but very comfortable rooms. Though near the rail tracks did not get disturbance in the night. Staff is good. Kettles kept for making tea and coffee but sachets not kept. The breakfast has only 3 items incase anything required then chargeable. But worth the rate paid for the stay. Best of all it is pet friendly. In my room the bathroom was as big as the bedroom. Location very close to market and all tourist spots. Really loved my stay.

Pathetic hotel...I have invested 9200 for two rooms and still waiting for refund..guys don't waste your money as I am the one who made bookings through goibibo and both hotel and goibibo have cheated me. They have uploaded all good images on the website but the hotel is totally opposite to it. Attach are the pictures as proof. The rooms are smelly..bedsheets, rooms, bathroom have caught fungus. The manager Mr. Zafar is the most rude and doesn't know how to talk..they are cheating customers and doesn't have the courtesy to accept it. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
