Okay ish Stay !!! There are a total of 19 rooms here and the rooms were ok ok..... There is a kettle available in every room and shower 🚿 available also the bathroom equipped with geyser for hot water. Breakfast can be included but has very limited food options, there is a separate food menu for ordering food at the hotel and there is no intercom the food can be ordered via mobile number given, the wifi connectivity in the rooms is decent and there is a small tv with dish connection for entertainment. There is no mirror in the bathroom and only available in the room Outside food is not allowed here meaning we cannot order food from zomato or swiggy. The food quality & quantity is good and the price is on the higher side. Overall ok for a budget stay but you can find better options nearby!!!!

Pathetic hotel...I have invested 9200 for two rooms and still waiting for refund..guys don't waste your money as I am the one who made bookings through goibibo and both hotel and goibibo have cheated me. They have uploaded all good images on the website but the hotel is totally opposite to it. Attach are the pictures as proof. The rooms are smelly..bedsheets, rooms, bathroom have caught fungus. The manager Mr. Zafar is the most rude and doesn't know how to talk..they are cheating customers and doesn't have the courtesy to accept it. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Recently we had visited this hotel & we had a pathetic experience . We booked it from goibibo & the hotel plus booking site has fooled us, the pictures shown on the site & the actual pictures are completely different. The goibibo site had shown nice aesthetic pics but in reality all the walls are leaked , colour is faded , stinky smell is all around the hotel starting from the reception itself, the bed sheets n pillows had fungus. Above all of this the hotel n the goibibo has taken full payment from us n no one is ready to refund us our money. We couldn’t stand & did not checkin, we had to leave & find another place at the last moment. So please don’t go on the pics it’s absolutely fake.The pictures on the site must be before 10 yrs or with filters & to our surprise goibibo has been promoting such hotel without any real time verification. And we have been following up continuously on the call with the site for our money but no proper response has been delivered.

It's fungus, leakages and smelly all over the rooms, beds, pillows, washrooms, walls etc. The supervisor said to keep the doors open and keep the fan on for an hour, all the problems will be resolved. We went to check in the Super Deluxe room on 10th Aug 2024 but cudnt. The staff forced us to check in the deluxe room. The management on the phone was taking rudely to us & was adamant that nothing was wrong in the room. Stars 0/5.

Have nice and clean rooms, friendly service with in-house kitchen service and in close proximity to nice restaurants. Only the room size is small and not similar to the images shown when booking from the website, which makes it feel a little over priced.

The Moksha Heritage and Ritz Heritage are actually the same property. It was previously called Moksha. Great heritage, boutique property. Lovely rooms. Good food and service. So reasonably priced. Worth every penny.

Excellent location. Good food. Rooms can be a bit better - no vanity mirrors in the washroom and no intercom facility. But if you are looking for budget accommodations in Lonavala you can book here.
