I had an extremely disappointing experience with an Airbnb hosted by Vijay and managed by Chirag, located on the top floor of Hotel Nishesh Tower. We arrived late at night, around 2 a.m., only to find the room in a shocking state of cleanliness. There were hairs and cigarette ash on the bedsheet and sofa, and the bathroom was even worse—there was visible waste stuck to the toilet.The whole room had water seepage smell in it. We had no choice but to find alternative accommodation immediately, as this place was unacceptable. Despite providing video evidence of the issues, neither Vijay nor Chirag took responsibility or offered a remedy. There is no formal grievance process available for guests. I strongly advise against booking this Airbnb. The Hotel Nishesh Tower itself is quite shady and definitely not suitable for families. If you're looking for a place to stay, there are far better options available. For a more comfortable experience, I recommend Hotel Imperial, where I ended up staying. Couldn’t get all photos as the caretaker asked me not to.

Literally, I don’t understand what kind of the service what kind of the room what kind of interior everything was very third class. No service no cleaning in room water leakage was happening in rain. All water was coming inside the room. There was blue geyser or any kind of service, literally third class, category rooms and everything totally wasted my money

Third class stay...One of the worst hotel ever visited. Don't waste your money for this hotel. Leakage issue. Staff is not professional.
