Hotel mahakal avantika palace

Rooms condition is good but their service is very pathetic. They told me that Hotel is constructed in July-2024 and I believed them. Next day morning, I came to know that Heater of my room is not working. When I complained them, they replied very casually that it doesn’t work, now, if it’s not in the working condition, how can you rent a room to someone to just make money. At the time of check in, they told me that they will provide Soap & shampoo. In the morning, when I asked for the same, they didn’t have it. Just after 5 mins, new customers checked in and they provided them soaps & shampoo. Just because I had already done payment, they can’t behave with me in this manner. They are just looting money in the name of Mahakal. Look for some other hotel instead.
