Worst Hotel Experience – Fraud and Dirty Rooms I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel. They denied my confirmed Agoda booking and, since it was raining and I was with my family, I had no choice but to take two rooms directly from them. The rooms were horrible – smelly, full of cockroaches, and very poorly maintained. Initially, the staff agreed to charge ₹1500 per room, but at the time of checkout they suddenly demanded ₹2800 per room. This is outright cheating. Since I had a flight to catch, I was forced to pay and leave, but I feel completely scammed. Totally unprofessional behavior, unhygienic rooms, and dishonest practices. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Do not trust their staff or their promises.

Don't go there.....we experienced very bad service. Rooms are very dirty. Room service is just like nothing. For only one water bottle, they took almost 30 minutes. You feel very bad smell in whole hotel. There are not any fix rate of rooms. If you have a good bargaining skill then you got rooms in low price compare to price shown in online. Please avoid this hotel.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this so-called “hotel.” The room I was given was filthy — it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Dust everywhere, stains on the bed sheets, and a horrible smell that made it impossible to feel comfortable. To make matters worse, there were no basic amenities provided no towels, no soap, nothing at all. When I approached the owner to request at least the essentials, he was extremely rude and dismissive. Not only did he refuse to help, but he also used offensive and unprofessional language. Shockingly, in the middle of his rude behavior and overcharging us, he invoked the name of Mahakal Dev as if that justified his conduct while essentially trying to take advantage of guests. This is deeply disrespectful and absolutely unacceptable, especially in a holy city like Ujjain, which is known for its spirituality and devotion. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of cleanliness, absence of basic facilities, and appalling, disrespectful behavior from the owner all combine into an experience that deserves not just zero stars but a negative rating. Stay far away! Room was filthy, with no towels or soap. The owner was rude, used offensive language, and even invoked “Mahakal Dev” while overcharging us as if that excused his behavior. Such disrespect should NEVER happen in a holy city like Ujjain. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.

Visitors, please beware of this property. This is a NO star so called hotel, cockroaches inside the rooms, on beds, and even under the pillows. Horrible washroom, bad smell in the rooms. TV not working, stinking blanket, no battery in remote. Worst experience. Not even worth spending the night. Please look for hotels adjacent to the Mahakaal temple. Please stay away from this.

I stayed there for 3 days, The rooms are okay, not according to price. The owner is good & Cooperative. Room service is not up to mark and usually takes 3 hours to get drinking water. Prices are the same in offline as well as online. But the problem comes with amenities the room we stayed in had a bad smell when ac was switched off. Bathrooms were not well maintained. Tiles were coming out, even the roofing was not very good it had algae and spots. The room size is average,the lift is very small and can accommodate max of 3-4 people. I would say you can keep it for the last option if nothing seems good. Almost all hotels have similar problems within this price range. But if you are there just to have a visit and need room to freshen up or something, You can use the room. Tarrif for a single room (double occupancy) around 1500-2000 For 2 bed room (Quad Occupancy) around 2000-2500 rest options i am not confirmed. I will recommend it for the location, nearby market and food options available there.

I had a disappointing experience with this service. The room was unclean, with dirt visible everywhere. I had booked a family room for eight people, including three children, yet only three towels were provided. The air conditioning was not functioning correctly, and the main door did not close securely. Despite requesting a water jug, it was never provided. I paid 4000 for the room, but the cleanliness and service do not reflect that value. Based on my experience, I would only rate this room worth 1500.

The location is quite convenient—close to the main temple and right near the market. One of the few plus points is the availability of a lift and 24-hour hot water. However, I was disappointed with the staff behavior; they seemed disorganized and kept pushing responsibilities to each other. Rooms and premises could be much cleaner. Food was average and the stay felt a little overpriced. Decent option for a short stay, but don't expect too much.

I was there at 04/06/25 and hv taken food there at Satvik Restaurant . I hv ordered paaw bhaji and it was 3rd class and too much orange colour was there , bhaji was not mashed properly, potato and cauliflower pieces were visible. I suggest to not have food there, they are not even waiting for extra things, customer has to say in one time only , when paaw bhaji was served it was not paaw bhaji it was dabeli bhaji. Price was charged extremely high, owners were splitting the amount in front of us only no Management towards the visitors. Suggesting big no to have food there NO NO NO.
