The owner is very shameful person. He doesn’t have etiquettes to talk with customers. Even he shouts on every customer and way of handling is very disappointed and shameful. I recommend everyone please never book this hotel room in life. This is my today’s experience on dated 07.06.2024. And I thought I should complain against him for shouting and all. This hotel is very dirty as well as service is so poor.

It's the worst hotel experience ever they are fraud show different photos online bt inreality rooms are in very very very bad condition N theyvdont have basic facilities also. If possible plz avoid booking online in any hotels in ujjain mostly they are frauds N charge more online. It's better to go check room and then book offline.

It's not worth a penny. Rooms are unhygienic and insects everywhere. It's too inside, in fact there are better options outside. Moreover, services are pathetic

It was a bit costly and some staff were rude. Maintenance is not up to mark. Service(facility)was not good. Checkout time is 9 AM which was a bit disturbing for us. Multiple time staff will knock the door when (from 7 AM onwards ) you check out which was very irritating. The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in.

Totally disappointed with their services and with checkout timing ,the attitude of owner was not good and Room Price was very high . Room nd washroom was not cleaned properly,and linen was too old,lots of stain in bedsheet,
