Hotel Satyug

We stayed at Hotel Satyug during our visit to Ujjain with family, and it was a great choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax after our trips to Mahakal Temple. The restaurant served delicious vegetarian food, too.

There is a smell of sweets coming from rooms which makes them negative... Food is fine... I last had pineapple juice after which my stomach got upset.

This was my worst hotel experience. The staff behavior was very rude, especially the reception staff. They do not know how to talk to guests. Even basic things like drinking water were not provided for free. The food quality was very poor and room service was also very bad. Despite such poor service, this hotel is one of the most expensive compared to others. The most disappointing part was during checkout. Even after paying the charges, they were still asking for more money. Overall, very unprofessional service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very much located near to temple, lift is available, restaurant is attached. Maintenance not up to the mark, you get hot water all time. A rusted hanger found, after demand they supply 2, the bath soap is very small. They charge according to demand. Restaurant is good

Very good and kind staff one of the best experience . The food was also delicious .
