Very bad service. Staff was very arrogant and they said to cool down the room the A.C. should be on 30. Each service was even worst. If there was 0 star rating than i should be using it. The staff even talked arrongantly

Bad service, including the room service and behavior of staff.No ventilation in the room. Bedsheets and blankets were unclean. Walls of the room were also not tidy. very Rude manager, worst service.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Swayam Hotel in Jabalpur, and I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience. The hotel provided everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and cozy, creating a perfect retreat after a busy day. A special and heartfelt thank you to Neeta Ma'am and Mr. Sanket for their incredible hospitality. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made us feel at home. They were always available with a smile and were so thoughtful in ensuring that all our needs were met. The food was nothing short of amazing! Every meal was a delightful treat, bursting with flavors that left us all impressed. The entire staff was courteous, friendly, and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. With its warm service, delicious food, and welcoming atmosphere, it’s a place I would be more than happy to return to.

Not worth the money. It worth for less than 1000 for even platinum rooms, because of the conditions of the room. Cleanliness should be improved, There is always some smell in the room. But the food is cheaper and good. Staff are cooperative.
