Hotel Ten Eleven

In room dining is great. Delicious food with diverse menu. Staff is polite. Room is clean but we had issues with plumbing in bathroom which is small. The flush tank was leaking and the sink pipe wasn't connected to the drain but broken and the water was free falling into the drain causing wet floors. Had to ask for toilet paper . The staff could use more professionalism. When we entered our room after housekeeping was done, we found oily newspapers in the room. Though, rooms are clean and air conditioned. Best room in this budget.

Good place to stay near vijay nagar location. Good parking space. Spacious and airy rooms. Nearby cafe, bar and restaurant. Visited first time. Value for money. Availability of fresh and delicious food and drinks. The behaviour of all the staff was nice and responsible towards their duty. Services provided on time. Neat and clean hotel with the safety of corona guidelines. Taken care of my choice too.

This is not a hotel but scam house. Be aware if you are booking through OYO they will not accept money through app and ask for more money the what is actually showing in the app. Receptionist is very rude and not bother to listen.

Worst hotel👎 worst experience ever.😡🤬🤬🤬.pls pls dont book this hotel before hand 😣they ll not let you enter the hotel even if you made the payment from oyo or goibibo already. They asked us to vacant the hotel after few minutes even after we made the full payment via goibibo they said the payment hasn't reach them .they had no humanity at all ..specially his manager..no manners at all ..they made us stand outside the hotel for 3hours till 12am at night ...imagine a girl standing outside at 12am ..we showed them everything the payment's screenshot the confirmation msg..they too had a confirm text but still they were spineless..I ll never recommend such hotel or experience to not aven my enemy..Eventually I got refunded from goibibo but still what i went through that night is pathetic and horrifying..oyo should stop collaborating w such hotels..oyo customer care is also pathetic..i tried calling them for hours ..always bsy..DONT BOOK THIS HoTEL pls..u ll regret it for life

A simple hotel..with not so efficient staff...food is not up to the mark..but the rooms are good..with good room service..
