The hotel is conveniently located, with plenty of good eateries nearby, which was a big plus. However, the experience inside the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms are quite small and seem poorly maintained. I had to follow up multiple times just to get my room cleaned, which was frustrating. No drinking water was provided, which felt like a basic service missing. Additionally, the noise from the corridor was very intrusive, making it hard to relax. Overall, while the location is great, the service and facilities need significant improvement. With little adjustment you can stay here.

The location is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, cleanliness needs improvement, as cleaning begins only after the room is assigned. Pillow covers are not replaced, and the handwash bottle contains water instead of proper liquid soap. Service quality requires significant enhancement.

I booked the hotel after checking ratings on google and booking.com but I had a bad experience with this hotel. 1) No hot water in peak winter, they were providing hot water with heating rod 2) The bathroom didnt have light, I had to approach reception 3 times to change the bulb. 3) No intercom, for any requirement, had to go 3 floors down to reception. 4) No soundproof rooms you can hear footsteps and whispers in the corridor. 5) No mirror in the room only in bathroom Good point- location is good They insist you for rating while check out and thats how they got 4+ rating

The location of this hotel is just perfect with plenty of eateries around. The room was okay-ish. I had a bit of an issue with the room assigned, I felt claustrophobic because it had no windows and the room was pretty small. Nithin and Arjun helped me shift to a better one which was still okay-ish but had better ventilation. I liked the way they handled the situation unlike most of other hotel staff in similar hotels. I'd recommend this place if you're in Indore for a day or two.

Rooms and service are good for 500 but not for 1100. Initially they will fool you by giving a small filthy room not having ac even when paid for that, not having towel bucket mug soap anything. They give you dirty room and with no water bottle. Everything is done by their workers after telling them to do. Don't know which people are giving 5 star for this facilities at this price. Ready properly and book some good hotels

Rooms are ok ok type, TV not connected with set top box, Management staff were not well trained to handle the rush in the tourist season. 2 good things about hotel is Budget friendly and for foodies this hotel is heaven and the square where the hotel is located has around 40-50 food joints offering different sort of cuisine. Overall hotel management needs to improve their quality of service and rooms hygiene
