This place is Absolutely not good to Stay in Summer as there is No Air Conditioners are Working in any of the room as i have booking of 5 days for here and i requested to change the room due to AC not Working and they shown me all the Rooms not even a Single Room's AC is working. Even I talked to Receptionist as well as Owners of Hotel and there are 4-5 owners were there so they are Blaming and passing the Ball to each other at the end i get to know that these Property is on rent to the guys who are running this Hotel that's why they are not Concerned about it. Rooms are very small and tight to Stay. I definitely Not Recommend to go here in summer.

Room is clean. staff and the owner is very helpful. couple friendly hotel. Parking facility. But all over they can do more better because after 11:00pm in night service is not available. Great place to stay.

One of my relatives was travelling to Indore along with his family and due to more number of members in his family, we decided to book some rooms in a nice comfortable hotel in the vicinity. Someone mentioned about Twinkle Regency which was launched on February 14, 2021 and I decided to check out the property. I did some online research and as it was at a stone throwaway distance from my residence, I walked down that road and just loved the outer facade during the evening. In terms of accessibility and reach, the hotel is strategically located and is merely 300 meters away from Bombay Hospital. We booked three rooms online through OYO and decided to stay atleast one night with our relatives in order to gather firsthand experience of this new sparkling establishment. Fortunately, I met the brainchild behind the hotel, Vansh Arora, a young dynamic entrepreneur in his mid-twenties with a grand vision and simplicity at heart. We started talking and he was kind enough to take all of us around the establishment on his own. There are seventeen fully operational rooms in total, of which twelve are Standard ones, four are in Deluxe category and one is a Premium one. There are six staff members in total and they work in two shifts and some of them are permanently residing inside the hotel complex. The staff members were courteous, soft-spoken and highly hospitable. We went in our four wheeler and the car got parked at a dedicated parking space adjacent to the hotel which stays under round-the-clock CCTV surveillance. In fact, the entire hotel has CCTVs installed at all strategic points on all the floors. I handed over the key of my car to one of the staff members as there is valet parking facility available and our belongings reached our room in a proper manner and were placed suitably. As far as the rooms are concerned, they may be described as sweet cozy slightly compact rooms which are well-lit and have neat and clean reasonably sized bathrooms attached to it. In terms of in-room amenities, room service is available twenty four hours and rooms are aesthetically designed, well-appointed, adequately equipped and impeccably clean. They all have a dedicated ventilation which keeps the air inside the room fresh and compactness turns into vastness. Every room may accommodate three members, however, to me, they are best suited for two. The hotel staff provides electric kettle as well, if required. The triple-storey hotel is about to make its elevator operational in a few days' time and will be operating its in-house restaurant in due course of time. For now, they have a tie-up with My Cuisine food outlet which delivers a range of food items mentioned in the Menu card placed in every room and does not take more than half an hour or less. The food delivered is hot, fresh and delicious and is served appropriately. In case of any kind of beverage, the hotel staff arranges for it within ten minutes' or less. The check-in and check-out times are standard i.e. 12 noon is the check-in time and 11 a.m. is the check-out time. Any changes in it in terms of early check-ins and/or late check-outs are chargeable. One may make bookings via OYO and other online platforms. The tariff is reasonable and is value for money. Moreover, the food, snacks and beverages are also reasonably priced. If you want to book Premium category room which is a single one for now, you shall reach out to the hotel directly. What I wish to mention towards the end is that they have a nice rooftop area which can be used to celebrate special occasions amidst comfortable gathering of 18-20 guests. The hotel arranges for lights, decoration of choice and great food. The view from the rooftop is splendid and one may plan to throw a personalized party for a selected few at this location. Overall, a wonderful comfortable experience which we would certainly love to avail whenever required.

Not a good place to recommend to friends and family, The overall experience was not that much cool, Service is also not good, they don't have wifi as well as normal entertainment (Tv recharge), bedsheet and room cleanliness was also not good, very unhygienic place, washrooms are also not as per expectation, no geyser are also available

Bad rooms washrooms not clean and bad behaved by owner just like room pasnd nhi arha to bhi to refund nhi hoga Not recommend to anyone

It's a really good place with a quiet and cozy ambiance it's a great value for money and you can stay with friends. They have great service and it's s convenient location as it's pretty easily accessible I've stayed here a couple of times and it's great.
