1. Location wise, this hotel is perfectly located in the middle of city with many important places in 3-4 km range. 2. Service of the Staff was good, although, seems they have quite nicely graduated into a tip accepting and demanding even people. 3. Rooms were clean, linen was clean as well. In-room service was good as well except single instance of order of one tea which they conveniently forgot, may be because of small order. In house restaurant food is good as well. 4. Lastly, it requires families and out of city id cards, restricting unmarried couples to ensure, no funny business is conducted by unmarried couples. Overall, i would recommend and stay again if visiting Indore.

The hotel was good and it was a pleasant experience for us we had a good stay and the rooms were clean and furnished well the water was hot perfect for the weather. The staffs were excellent. Only downfall was food we had to walk a lil distant to find food

Chose to stay couple of nights at Divya Palace while visiting Indore for a great rate. Hotel reception and staff were extremely welcoming which made our stay exceptional. Rooms are clean and quiet and I loved the sofa in the room. Only one cons is that I found cockroaches in the room I wish they have treated the rooms.

Booked this hotel with advance payment from makemyTrip but they denying our booking and misbehaving and disconnecting the calls also..such a fraud hotel, after taking advance payment they're doing like this. Now I don't know how to get back my money. Please avoid this hotel.
