NillChose to stay couple of nights at Divya Palace while visiting Indore for a great rate. Hotel reception and staff were extremely welcoming which made our stay exceptional. Rooms are clean and quiet and I loved the sofa in the room. Only one cons is that I found cockroaches in the room I wish they have treated the rooms.

NillLocated almost centrally in Indore. Everything was fine except for some small cockroaches found in the room. Hygiene and nicely maintained and definitely worth the price.

NillSecurity was sleeping and reception was locked when already informed of late checkin at 4 am. But receptionist came after trying to call and waiting 10 mins. Rooms were very basic (zero ventilation so stinky rooms) but suits the cost (as it is not expensive hotel)

NillRoom service needs to be improved. Guest hospitality and kindness needs to be improved. The staff was rude, as if they are obliging us by providing a room. Nothing was serve in the room. When asked, one or the other excuse was served.

Nill1) First of all I do not understand what is the harm sharing Hotel's reception number with customers. I was new to the city and the auto kept riding here and there since the maps didn't show the way correctly. Had OYO provided the number it would have been much easier to reach the hotel comfortably on time. Hotel's location is near bust stop and railway station which is feasible. 2) Second the people on reception were rude and completely non cooperative. In the name of Three Star Hotel, rooms were smelly, bathroom was not so clean, lack of ventilation, no water was provided till we asked for it. Room was good and bathroom was spacious but not so clean unfortunately. Thankfully the second day when we had to leave they atleast provided the electric kettle that we asked for. 3) We had to pay extra charges for third person but there was no extra bed or mattress so not sure what the extra charges were for. 4) The rest of the staff was very helpful so we could manage things during the stay. Especially the staff at the gate not sure if he was guard or manager. OYO is literally pathetic, the representatives do not follow hold time and take ages to get back on call until the phone disconnects automatically. Worst booking experience in the past as well as this one. Please think about people and respect their time and money. I was getting better price on another site but the OYO guy kept saying if I book from there I'll face problems while check in. Ideally the whole amount has to be paid while check out but the OYO and reception managers are non empathetic and compelled to pay the whole price during check in itself. This needs serious improvements.

NillUnclean washrooms, cockroaches running around, rats residing with you(even after getting a room change) hotel staff not cautious of your stuff while spraying pest control, ending up contaminating eatables and so on.. if you can bear all of that, then plan you stay here...

NillHi, i was looking for zero star, but cant able to find it here, i will suggest dont book this hotel, if you are with your family, saying from my past experience, 1. First of all staff was rude and useless, they dont know how to talk to people, 2. i have booked 3 rooms for 9 guest, and have paid the minimum payment as mentioned by Oyo executive, since i have booked the hotel through calling them directly. and received the confirmation mail for booking and payment over mail and message. and have informed them that will be check in late at night, so they agreed with that, but when i reached there with my family around 9 in the night, they said that they are sold out. Even i have the confirmation mail, but they were not ready to see that, just ignored me completely and mentioned me to direct call the customer service, they are not responsible for anything. I mean how they can overbook the room, since i have already talked to them and did the advance booking, that too in the night, atleast have courtesy to inform yoru customer in prior or dont accept any booking if your full. pathethic people and terrible behavior

NillWe booked three rooms at this hotel for two days. The hotel's location is good, but we had to wait for a longer duration in the lobby for check-in. However, we encountered a lot of issues in this hotel: Dirty rooms, dirty beds, and bedsheets Lack of ventilation Poor room structure The toilet room is broken No air freshener for the toilet Smelly rooms No toiletries No complimentary water It's not worth the amount we paid. It's better to look for other options than this. NOT RECOMMENDED.
