We stayed for three nights with our parents for a wedding party. Overall, it was a very good experience at a reasonable rate. The reception staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. However, there were a few drawbacks: there was a noticeable smell of food wafting through the corridors, likely from the kitchen. In addition, the bell in our suite didn’t work, and the cleaning seemed to be somewhat lacking. Despite these issues, the rest of our stay was quite pleasant.

Had a really amazing stay at The Byke Stella Boutique Hotel. The food was super tasty – breakfast, lunch and dinner all were just perfect. First booked a premium room for 1 night, but liked it so much that I extended and stayed in the suite as well. The jacuzzi in the suite was the best part. Staff was very friendly and helpful, cleanliness and hygiene were well maintained everywhere. Also the nearby places were nice to explore. Overall, a wonderful experience – highly recommend this property!

Extremely disappointing experience at The Byke Stella Boutique Hotel, Indore. I had booked a suite room for 30th October planning to stay for 3 nights, but had to check out after just one night due to the ridiculous service and poor facilities. Here are the issues I faced: 1️⃣ Wi-Fi not working — I was told at check-in to “adjust” as it wasn’t functioning. 2️⃣ Constant construction-type noise — From the moment I checked in, there was a loud mechanical sound. After 2 hours and repeated follow-ups, I was told at 6:30 pm it was the heat pump. I had to bear the noise all night. (I even have a video as proof.) 3️⃣ Exhaust fan not working — Despite multiple complaints, it was finally replaced at 10 pm. The staff didn’t even have a ladder and used a dirty drum to climb and fix it. 4️⃣ Reception staff lacked courtesy — No one apologized or took accountability for the inconvenience. 5️⃣ No hot water in the morning — Because they turned off the noisy heat pump and didn’t bother to fix the issue. 6️⃣ Power cut at night — Their generator was also not functional, leaving us without electricity for hours. 7️⃣ Water clogging in the bathroom — Made it impossible to bathe properly. Even the manager, Abhishek, was laid back, unresponsive, and showed no sense of responsibility or apology. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Definitely not what you expect from a so-called “boutique” property.

Rooms are top notch I’m with my parents so we are 3 ppl. So usually we need 3 beds in a room we got a suite room it was decorated for someone I guess and we got it. Extra bed was provided bathtub was there for suite room. But the service is very slow as we asked for water bottles, bucket mugs we didn’t get it very soon we asked them 3 times. Except this we didn’t get the hot water (main point) it was literally warm for the cold weather outside. Overall rooms are clean and hygienic but service is bad.

Amazing hospitality.. Satendra desk manager was super helpful .. according to availability took care of our every request. Restaurant was in house had great food .. restaurant was hygienic and rooms was very well maintained… do visit
