The owner/management is professional and ensured a smooth and pleasant stay. The location is convenient, and the overall environment of the hotel feels safe and welcoming. Worst experience! The AC was not working, and at 2 AM I had no option but to change my room. There was no manager at night, only two workers who said the manager would come by 7–8 AM, but even by 11 AM no manager showed up. They don’t even have a card machine for payments, and despite all the inconvenience, they didn’t offer any discount or compensation. Completely unprofessional and mismanaged hotel – never staying here again!

The hotel offers quite comfortable rooms, and the view is nice as it is located near the highway. The service is also satisfactory. Best for Wedding ceremonies.

It's was very excellent stay in The Chandra Leela Hotel. Location was good it was near to our conference venue , the Morning breakfast was very delicious 😋 I must recommended ,everyone to stay at Chandra Leela hotel.

Worst hotel!! For room service, they rang the bell at night and ask for payment. Plus, whatever they mention in the food menu is not available. Bed sheets are not washed properly. Dont stay in this hotel. Also, there was a giant rat in my hotel room. Not maintained at all.

Vegetarian food was delicious. Service was fast and courteous. Ambience is alright. Good sized hall for 100 people on the ground floor.very nice room and hotel sarvisesh hotel The Chandar Lila

Don't go with this hotel anybody bcs one guy side of reseption he is very pathetic behaviour staff also The staff is drunk & front of me one guy is A male staff was talking to the reception girl in a very dirty manner. What would happen to the customers when the staff is treated like this?
