Capital O 81007 Collection O Kratagya

The rooms are dirty and there is hair everywhere. Bathroom is in a bad condition as the shower is not working and the toilet flush is damaged. No mirror to shave as well. The only thing to order is water. The staff on the other side is very friendly.

I am sharing my experience at 'Collection O' kratagya. At Indore, Madhya Pradesh.|| I booked a room at 'Collection O' with Make my trip. It took me about 6 minutes to get booking confirmation. I checked in the hotel on 24/03/2022 at 7:30 pm. The hotel is located at the outer of the City and can be reached easily through private or public conveyance like ola/ rapido easily .|| When I entered the hotel the hotel staff welcomed me with a delightful gesture and they asked me for the ID proof and address proof and handed over the room keys and guided me towards the room.|| The hotel building was properly cleaned and sanitized, it had clean floor tiles and starecases with everything perfectly placed and detailed.|| As I entered the room it was a luxury medium size room with a double bed with clean linens and comfortable mattress. The room was furnished with a wardrobe,a LCD TV, A/C.|| There was proper intercom facility at the room to directly contact the staff, and convenient charging points and office space with good lighting for customers convenience.|| Moreover the room was properly cleaned and sanitized and had attached washroom with proper water supply and geyser facility. ||So, overall it was a great experience at 'Collection O' with spacious parking, humble and pleasing staff, good interior space, cleanliness, hygiene and various amenities at room.|| Which would be a perfect and safe place to accommodate with friends and family.

A good place to be according to me. Staff was decent and professional. The rooms were also cleaned and spacious. The hotel was easily accessible by all public transport. The price was also customer friendly. I would strongly suggest to be here for sure.

Pathetic place with no power back-up. I had to check-out from here at 4:30 in the morning on checking in at 8:00 Pm at night, we were travelling from Agra to Ujjain and thought of taking a night stay at Indore which led to a wrong decision. Do not go book this hotel if you are searching for nightmares Really the worst experience of my life.

It was a wonderful experience staying here as the rooms were fantastic and clean. Room service was also on the top as the staff was available for us on demand. It was definitely worth for the price they charged.

Worth the money we pay.. its a good overnight stopover for travellers.. specially bikers if this happens to be your overnight layover.. 10 mins away from highway and shops around to buy or eat dinner.. with also a local mechanic adjacent to hotel.. i stayed overnight while traveling from mumbai to Nepal and planning my next stay here soon when i start my next ride to Spiti.. Gated parking available..

This hotel is not worth even ₹100. Don't go by pictures, it will be a nightmare if you book this hotel. Very bad service. Locality is very remote, no connectivity. Dirty rooms. Overall less than 1 star hotel.

Very much bad experience and response they don’t have any facilities in bathroom ( no cleaning,no OYO kit) And very much problems for water in bathroom We have very bad experience at this OYO .. as I was stuck in bathroom due to some water problems and called multiple times at the reception but no one was answering and my husband went to the reception but there was no one there .. the time was about 8:00 in the morning.. even the room was very dirty.. so guys who one is looking to stay at this OYO kindly visit this and then book this..
