Hotel Sai Sagar Guna

The staff was too rude & were talking like thugs. Abusive and disrespectful while talking to the customers especially if you are a couple. Cheap mentality of the staff. Won't suggest a stay if you want a good time. Non of the charging sockets was working nor the AC. The rooms are too humid without ventilation at any of the room. You will need it as it AC will stop working abruptly. Conjusted settings of the room and can hear a lot voices.

Room is good but not clean in good way. Service is below average. They provided only one water bottle, one towel and one small tiny shop between 4 people.

Close to the highway. Went there seeing the high ratings. Property is pretty new. Needs more cleanliness and proper time management. Morning time kept calling reception but staff was sleeping. Breakfast was a bit late because of this. Staff is super supportive, no doubt about that. Just need some time management. Overall ok experience.

Rooms are excellent, staff nature is too good, food taste quality is also excellent. We can say it's a good hotel in whole guna on that budget. Local transportation is also flexible on that area. I will rate this hotel in 10 our of 10.

Treebo has always been great for me. It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Everything is cool with this hotel. Dinner was also good. B'fast yet to be taken but I hope that too won't disappoint me. Take care 🙂

Awesome Experience ..Pet Friendly Hotel, Rooms and washroom are at par with any 4 star Hotel, Conveniently located near National highway and the staff is courteous they even make Rotis for my DOG at midnight as I have reached the Hotel in Heavy Rainfall at almost midnight.

Good room, nice ambience,breakfast also good, staff really coperative and courteous, active housekeeping staff, thankyou team treebo and hotel sai Sagar team I will prefere this property whenever I vist in guna location. Such a memorable stay I like it keep it up.

rooms was good nice ambience, bigger rooms, staff active and polite, breakfast was really awesome, reception staff curtious and helpful, i recommend this hotel to other travellers, also i really enjoyed my stay thankyou team sai sagar keep it up
