Worst experience......The manager was using abrupt language in front of me while I was at the hotel reception and that was very rude and unprofessional.

On mumbai agra rout this hotel is a heaven, Superb quality of food ,must try mutton biryani,affordable rates and service with smilling faces,all the staff are polite and happy to help you.I stay here on my bike ride gojng back to Nashik from Agra.must stay here,It is compulsary for nonveg lovers to take one halt here.

Stayed there for breakfast so can't say more about rooms and services but it is good and hygiene. Food is great specially Poha. Looks good and clean. Suitable for family and parking also available there.

This is first time I am travelling towards south and I found this amazing place to stay a known as hotel the sara. I stay with them (28sep). I found the property is superb amazing place.. The staff is really friendly and helpfull even the service people are really punctual at their timings … I am fond of exercise and guess what .???? they have super smart champ full of equipments. At the night time if you want you can join their own club, plus the standard room was great as i got my own bath tub. The service of breakfast was also good as they have buffet system. If you are passing from nearby and looking the place for stay you can try they services. They have superb area if you are looking for family function with good maintenance. They have made sure about hygiene.

Whatever the hour of the day or the destination of the journey, Hotel The Sara is our regular choice for having a nightly stay during a long northbound road trip. They have been consistently delivering high quality hospitality and hygiene since over a decade now and their banquet is the first choice for functions, gatherings, business meetings, weddings etc adverts the city of Guna. The restaurant is highly recommendable with a fine menu of delicious choices to offer. The food tasted really great. The rooms are spacious, especially very clean and well serviced. Make it a halting point during your journey from Mumbai or Indore towards the Northern cities like Gwalior, Agra or Delhi and you'll love the experience.
