Hotel O The Panni’s

Pathetic hotel and staff has no sense at all. If you are with family, then big NO They simply argue with you and at least 1 hr they don’t let you check in. After payment they ask you more money. Rooms are unhygienic no cleanliness Even they not provide single tovel no hot water. If you booked this hotel then you get free headache, mental trauma and lot much.

I don’t take out time to post on here but this has absolutely gained my attention. First of the location is marked wrong. This isn’t where it is, its tucked away in a corner somewhere. Secondly, i got off the train at 11 but because I couldn’t find this place, i roamed around until 1pm until i found this room. I booked this hotel through OYO for RS 644. The final price on the hotel was RS 740. Notice how in the picture below, it says an amount and a ‘to collect’ amount, he was adamant that i pay the shown amount and not to pay amount which was being shown on the app. Now the cream on top, the greeting staff is absolutely phenomenal. The amount of rudeness and atrocious behaviour you see here is truly unmatched. The person at the reception, who by the way claims to be the owner, and also self proclaimed to own three other hotels boastfully, is absolutely the rudest person from beginning till the end. To sum his behaviour up, words like “maa ch***” were used. In short, do not take this hotel, even if your life depends on it.

This hotel isn't very friendly. They didn't have towels or blankets, and there was no hot water. I asked the owner for a heating rod so I could have hot water in the morning, but he didn't give it to me until I knocked on his door and asked again. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

A few days ago I booked this hotel through the Oyo app, charges were different at the time of booking and at the time of checking, the amount was fully prepaid but at the time of checking, these guys say you have to pay more, this is not our charges. And also at the time of checkout, the receptionist will take your phone by tricks and rate their hotels 5star self.

Only visit thisplace if you want to have the worst hotel experience of your life. Well technically it's not even a hotel it's a lodge. No professionalism, no proper customer hospitality, no fundamentals of a hotel business. In short, idhr please mat jaana. पानी की bottle बिसलेरी unsealed पिलाते हैं, सिर्फ बॉटल ही bisleri है पानी नहीं..

Pathetic, Worst or you can say the disgusting hotel ever. Very rude and impolite staff. They don't know how to talk. The locality is really congested. Please don't ever Visit to this PATHETIC OYO HOTEL PANNIS.

Want to give 0 stars..... They will take money but never refund to you..... Hotel is junk.... Rooms are like jail.... Couples are taking for hour and they are not couple... Not recommend for family

The overall experience was not at all good. No blankets, buckets and even dirty pillow covers and bedsheets. Very bad experience.
