Collection O Hotel Aditya Regency

I had a late check-in at 10pm, Even though I confirmed for an extra bedding for 400 or a separate room. On reaching they mentioned no such confirmation was done. The rooms are definitely not as depicted in the Oyo/Expedia pics. It was all dusty and unclean, the sheets, bedding, closet and the bathroom seems like it was never maintained or serviced.

We booked a room for three and when we reached there they charged extra 300 saying they can't accommodate 3 for the listed price. The room was okay but the nearby area is just horrible. No good eating places available, no snacks shops or anything. If you want to book a hotel, choose one which lies near platform no 1 not 6.

Well, we were a group of students who had booked this hotel from GoIbibo and they straight away denied us stating that they are no longer associated with any online platform or even Oyo. We had to she'll out extra 700-1.2k as we had no choice at that moment. Poor customer service, and the reception guys need to learn how to talk to guests. Anyway, rooms are ultra small, cleanliness is below average, and there is no lift. Book at your own risk.

Helpful and kind staffs but the location of the hotel seems to be not good, had to face an unexpected invasion of privacy and safety issue here. However oyo allowed me to check out due to the alarming issue. Linens are not clean overpriced considering the condition and maintenance of the place. Very dirty Dining area but food is good.

Dont listen to the hotel staff or management they try to convince you to cancel your oyo pre-booking and demand you to pay directly at the hotel via cash.. if in case you haven’t booked the room in app its okay to check-in with cash but if u have done payment through OYO with discounts they will not accept the payment and try to do drama... For any queries or problems regarding pre-bookings don’t believe hotel staff especially if its oyo franchise, please immediately call to customer or service lines of oyo company. Update : heard that they are still doing this , dont trust the 5/5 ratings they are all fake.

Amazing Hotel must try It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the railway and bus stand . Aditya regency is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much Aditya Regency
