Grand residency

Worst ever seen rooms, I request you people's don't take rooms hers (grand residency). * No hot water facility no proper ventilation and customer interaction is very worst. * We came from Karnataka we don't know language so he charged more compair to other rooms. * And I request just one hour extra as my train is at 11:00 and my vacant time is at 6:00. I requested to leave at 7:00 he said Rs 300/- for extra. Really horrible please I request you people don't take rooms.🙏🙏🙏
