I had been to the bar n ordered for French fries . It was deep fried and not in a condition to consume it. I have informed the bearer and he informed the manager but he refused that it fully fried. He said it’s crispy n not fried. Moreover he argued with us and denied to change it. Very bad service and bar manager was not well mannered. He is not fit to work as a manager in this so called 4 star hotel. I never recommend anyone to this hotel

Went for a family dinner in the evening of 29 Oct, 2023. The food was average, worse still was attitude of the F& B Manager, when he was sounded about the standard of the cuisine. However the service was excellent..

Rooms are good, especially one side of alley are rooms that opens to a big open balcony that provides fresh air and huge space for morning workouts

This hotel holds the authenticity and the taste of actual north indian dishes... Hats off to the chef and the management though... The behavior of the Fnb Staffs are very polite and familiarly.... Money and quality worthy... Surely not gonna regret and one dishes they are serving is enough for 3 to 4 people Recommended dishes : soup - murgh yakhni shorbah, paya ka shorbah, palak ka shorbah Starters - afghani chicken tandoori, kulfi kebabs, mutton barra, mutton chappli kebabs Mains- Mutton rogan josh, Nawabi nihari, Murgh musallam, Lucknow pulao, Boneless chicken dum biriyani🤤🤤 Dessert- we have Kubani ka meetha the most sweetest and loveable dish of Lucknow❤❤ Surely will visit again...

Think twice if you are booking this hotel. The hotel infrastructure is one of the best in Ernakulam district, but no customer service, no maintenance and unprofessional approach. It seems like the hotel management is least bothered about such a huge investment and customer service. The hotel doesn't have proper billing system, totally messed up system. Be cautious.

It was a wonderful stay at E05 City Inn made perfect by the helping staff and well equipped and luxurious rooms. We enjoyed the stay and also the delicious food at their restaurant Kaali Meeri. Be sure to try their Mughal Cuisine menu.
