Hotel Jai Maata Grandeur

I stayed at this hotel as my wife had an exam, and we were accompanied by our 5-month-old baby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When they noticed me struggling to manage alone while having coffee, they kindly looked after my baby for a while, which I truly appreciated. I had also requested a late check-out until my wife’s exam was over, and though the standard check-out time was 11 AM, they graciously extended it to 1 PM without any hassle. The hotel staff were always courteous and supportive throughout our stay. The hotel is located slightly in the corner, so there was a bit of a ventilation issue, but if that is improved, I would say this is the best hotel I have seen in Shivamogga. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience!

Decent and comfortable accommodation (double AC ). Attached restaurant is also very clean and provides hygienic veg food. North Indian dishes are especially good though you may have to wait a bit longer since everything is prepared on order and served. Overall a nice experience.....would not mind visiting again.

Room cleanliness - 0 Hospitality & Customer service - -5 I had a very bad experience at this hotel. We checked in at 2am in the night. The pillow and bed had few blood stains, the bathroom wasn’t really clean and flushed 😫 We had to check out at 10am, and when we gave this feedback, the receptionists were not even ready to accept or apologise. We wouldn’t have taken the room if it was known beforehand that cleanliness is not a priority Very rude staff behaviour.

The rooms were very tidy. We did group booking for 3 executive rooms for 2 days but when we reached, they were kind to provide free upgrade for all 3 rooms from executive to suite. The suite rooms were facing main road and had great view They have a restaurant in ground floor with lot of vegetarian options. There was enough car parking in basement and in ground floor The staff was humble and friendly, suggested us nearby tourists spot. They have a travel desk available to guide It has a supermarket just next building of you want to go for quick shopping. Overall it was a decent experience.

You can clearly see made up reviews. Could be by the hotel itself or maybe by an individual who didn't want to type and used Chatgpt. Someone has even copied the answer prompt and pasted "Here's a possible review". Some reviews are also similar. Actually my stay here was good. No need really of made up reviews. Location is good. Shops nearby. Room was medium sized with windows. Sleep quality is good. No noise from outside. Hot water available all time. In room tea coffee sachets available. Basic toiletries are provided. Wifi work well without any interruption. Parking available in the basement. 6-7 cars. And 2-3 can be parked outside. Has an attached restaurant which is value for money and decent taste too. Room service will add 18% so better eat ar the restaurant. Plain dosa 60₹ Coffee 25₹ Dal 130₹ Roti 40₹
