⸻ Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Misleading Promises I had booked a room with a view and even confirmed it over a call with the hotel before arrival. Despite their clear promise, I was not given the room I had reserved. When I asked about it, the staff casually mentioned it was unavailable due to a wedding event. They assured me the room would be changed the next day, but the following day (which happened to be my last), they refused again saying there’s no point in shifting now. The room I was given was dated, and the mattress was of poor quality—definitely not recommended if you have back issues. Overall, the comfort level was very low. Breakfast was also quite unorganised, with very little attention to guest needs or hygiene. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially if you value honesty, comfort, or have specific room needs. There are better options available in the same price range.

The hotel has a great location with beautiful views and solid infrastructure. The lobby is well-designed with comfortable seating, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were friendly and supportive, making our stay even more pleasant. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice spread, and the only thing missing was a kids' play area, which would have made the stay even better for families.

I had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Blu Mysore. The hotel offers excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a convenient location near major attractions like Mysore Palace. The staff were always polite, helpful, and attentive to all my needs. I especially appreciated the delicious food served at the hotel’s restaurants and the relaxing atmosphere of the property. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mysore.

I have just one question. So where so my digital, "add to the bill 20% tips of the total amount", every evening at dinner, go to??? I love the hotel by the way. Super service, but cash tipping is outdated!!! Update to 2025, please. Rooms 5/5. Service 8/5 is really top of the line. The location is nice as well.

Very average for the price and 5 star claim. Waited 20 mins for a breakfast table that too on a weekday stay. Mylari waiting time was less and it’s the most famous… Normal Checkout timing at 11am is not acceptable as all hotels are 12 noon and 2pm check in. Had to get permission for late checkout. Rooms need refurbishment and service needs to improve for the price point. First floor restaurant had good South Indian thali and that was the only good point.

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all the needs were met throughout the stay. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a stunning view of the city. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the thoughtful amenities provided. The hotel’s dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Overall, my stay at the Radisson Mysore was exceptional.

The stay was really awesome. The hotel has good vibe, good location and good hospitality. I enjoyed the complementary sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath. The restaurants mysouth, spring are really serving good food. It was overall good stay.
