Thank you for making our day so memorable and beautiful! One of the hotels with best ambience and service we love to visit. Rooms are perfect . Wellness centre maintained so well . Only improvement this time i felt was food taste has gone down a bit in lunch and there were flies all over the buffet. We enjoyed our fullest in other aspects.

Lovely property! We got 2 rooms overlooking the Chamundi Hills. One doesn’t need a balcony if the window itself is so cleverly designed. Big rooms with a shower cubicle and bathtub. ||Room service was good too. Be it extra towels or in room dining. ||Breakfast spread was phenomenal. Service at breakfast is something the F&B manager needs to look into. The staff was busy chatting and helped out only when called out. We had a senior citizen with us and normally at most 5 stars, staff is extra helpful. This was missing here. ||Didn’t get a chance to visit the spa or the pool. Both looked wonderful

I was staying at Radisson Blu, and in the evening, I went to Myst Bar. The ambience was absolutely amazing, and a staff member named Harshit welcomed us and guided us to our seats. His conversation with the guests was very polite and friendly. He explained all the cocktails to us and even recommended the B52 cocktail, which turned out to be fantastic. He took our orders quickly, maintained great communication, and ensured everything was served on time. He also cleared the table promptly, and overall, his service was excellent. We were really happy with his hospitality.

First class service from restaurant staff. I have dietary restrictions and could not eat many items on the menu. The staff were brilliant and wonderful chef, Snehasis, offered to cook something specially for me. This was first class service. I also had a lovely room that had everything I needed.

This must have been a beautiful place at one time. The outside areas are still lovely and well maintained. Unfortunately, although the bedrooms are very spacious, the one we had was looking a bit tired and needed some renovation. The seating area needs new cushions and the lighting is not great. Some of the sockets didn't work and neither did the bedside lamp. It was nice to have a balcony. We were provided with two bath towels and very basic toiletries but no hand towels. The bathroom was marble, the floor was quite stained and the whole bathroom looked grubby. There was nowhere to hang anything not even towels, the shower screen seemed incomplete and the toilet was on a slightly raised section creating a trip hazard. The stone steps outside the bedroom looked like they had never been wet cleaned as they were stained. The restaurant opened at 7.30pm and there is little available in the way of snacks so as we had had a long journey and we're hungry we ate out. Breakfast was just about adequate and service was slow. We ordered parathas and after waiting quite a while we were eventually served just a quarter each which was bizarre. There was some fruit available along with pastries and standard South Indian fare. Staff were generally polite and helpful but management should check the rooms from time to time to understand what is lacking. We were glad to be there for only one night and are unlikely to return any time soon.

We had a lovely stay for two nights. Food is great both at My South and Spring. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous and service was excellent overall. We had minor issue with housekeeping service and water logging in the shower but other than that great stay. Concierge services manned by Abdul with an attitude needs improvement and training to engage with clients in an appropriate manner. We recommend stay in this nice hotel.

We have stayed at Hotel Sandesh The Prince twice with family and kids, and both experiences have been absolutely delightful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff is professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options catering to different tastes. The ambiance of the hotel is excellent, and the facilities are top-notch, making it an ideal choice for families. Additionally, the location is very convenient, situated close to key attractions in Mysore, making it easy to explore the city. We highly recommend Hotel Sandesh The Prince for anyone visiting Mysore. It’s a fantastic place to stay, especially for families looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

The rooms are not clean! . We stayed in the independent cottages. I itched myself all night. Advantage - Deers were at our doorstep the whole time.! And amazing birds near the cottage. The bird walk was with an unenthusiastic guide.... He showed us leopard paw prints, but not birds. Food is mediocre. There is a clean pool, and some indoor games which are nice.
