I stayed at this hotel in Coorg and it is located very close to KSRTC bus stop so best location to stay as you get all the required amenities closed by. The rooms I must say are very small and have only a single wall fan and only AC so no main fan. What i did't nt like is there is a KFC type restaurant next to hotel and so whenever you use the toilet of the hotel you always get the smoked oil smell which is very very annoying for the price we pay for the stay. Else the hotel owner is very kind hearted and helpful man I must say that and it's appreciating.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No proper cleaning of the room, dirty walls, no basic amenities like towel, flask with tea bags, no in house breakfast facility, they provide breakfast by bringing it from outside vendors. Worst hotel, non cooperating staff providing dirty bed-sheet and wet towels.

Hotel is situated in a suitable location and is near to all tourist attractions. But if you hire a vehicle (2 or 4 wheeler) every tourist location is accessable within 30 to 45 minutes, depending on how well you ride or drive. I have listed the pros and cons of hotel Imarat below. Pros: 1. Location: Located in the center of the city, hence all shops, markets, restaurants and pharmacies are within reach. 2. Cost: Prices of the rooms are on the lower sides. In fact all hotels in Coorg are overpriced, it maybe due to the higher maintenence cost. 3. Friendly Staff: Staff are cooperative but not professional. 4. Rooms have AC. Cons: 1. Dirty Rooms with no Windows: Cleanliness needs to be taken care of. Hotel rooms are not clean. We found ants, human hair and lots of dust and fungal spores. Rooms have no windows. 2. Staff Professionalism: More etiquette necessary. Lots of unnecessary staring and judgemental eyes, like we are a couple in a cheap couples park. 3. Food: They don't have their own restaurant but they do outsource their food which comes in packets from "Paris Restaurant", presentation of food needs improvement. Rest the Hotel deserves 3 upon 5 stars. Overall its a good hotel. 👍

This place is in the market area , where you can easily access all the sights . Rooms are good , service is also fast . For food n breakfast they don't have any options .
