Extremely happy customer I am having stayed at this place. The room was very cosy and clean as well. Talking about the service, right from check-in to check-out very member of the staff were courteous and soft spoken, being available at a moments notice for any of our requirements. Definitely recommend this place to all. Safe and secure, and the pricing is not high.

Located in heart of Madikeri. Easy access and car parking. Good place to stay with family. Rooms - Clean , well equipped with toiletries. Car parking space available Restaurant- Good Food - Had breakfast,lunch and dinner. Buffet also available. Special thanks to Mr Ashraf. Prompt staff -Arranged us Jeep for Mandalpatty sunrise trip pick(5.30am) and drop8.15am from hotel itself with wake up call.

Awesome stay at this location, the rooms are very clean. The staffs are super responsive and kind too. We booked breakfast and dinner as a package with stay. The food is super delicious and large variety too. Don’t miss this if looking for neat and pleasant stay in center of the city

Oh, where do I even begin with our stay at this hotel in Coorg? It was, without a doubt, the *highlight* of our holiday—if by "highlight" you mean a series of questionable decisions. The staff were just *fantastic* at going above and beyond, which is a nice way of saying they were overly eager to recommend restaurants that were either closed or completely booked. And don’t even get me started on their "top tourist attractions"—I guess they really wanted us to see every corner of the area, even the not-so-scenic ones. As for our room, it was *impeccably clean*, which is great unless you consider that we had to keep it that way while dodging the constant parade of maintenance staff. But hey, I guess I should be grateful for the endless reminders that we were guests in their establishment! I can confidently say that I would *absolutely* return to this hotel on my next trip to Coorg—because who wouldn’t want to relive this unforgettable experience? Our three-day getaway with friends was certainly memorable, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a good time.
