Hotel location is Good. But washroom is not Good & flush, Also Leg carpet should be of cotton to suck water and dampness on the mat could be felt all day long. The cushion covers on the bed are very dirty. Breakfast is ok, but still need to be improved. Staff was supportive & good. Overall hygiene should be taken care of.

Rooms are clean and worth the price paid. The staff here from receptionist to helper, everyone is very welcoming and are always willing to help. We had a very busy schedule so we weren't able to taste the breakfast though.

With new management in effect ,they are doing a good job of improving hotel standards , the rooms were clean tidy and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay, closeby shops to city centre

The rooms are stinky and after multiple followup, they came to cleanup the rooms. The rooms has less ventilation and only way to get it is the keeping windows open, if you do so then insect enters into the room. Apart from that overall hygiene is also an issue, in the walls there are visible big spots of Damp in the rooms.

I will not chose to stay in this hotel again..nightmare yesterday night without power at night for almost 5 hrs.Nobody were there to respond in reception.No ventilation fan in wash room.. it was suffocating and smelly..unsafe.though no ventilation in washroom bad smell was returning to room. Look like bedsheets were not changed either. Waste of 4400 RS of hard-earned money.. 0.5 star rating for hotel as per me.no aircondition provided in room as per discussion..small wall mounted fan was there.no even ceiling fan existed in my room.

Amazing place Unforgettable trip.. Very nice place to stay,I had good experience with rooms,staff and hotel... Very friendly staff... price are reasonable..must stay place in Coorg..

Service is bad. They are using, used quilt for all without under bedsheets. It's very unhygienic. On second day just flip over and used same stained one. 😢Non AC rooms are very congested. The hotel is generating the plastic bottles. Not providing metal jars. It's pathetic. Breakfast crockeries are absolutely unhygienic. 😭. I'll never suggest this hotel at all. Area is very congested. I hate plastic waste . We're harming the mother earth - planet. Non AC rooms have two single beds joined. Struggles to sleep both and even with kid 😢😢
