Friendly and helpful Staff. The receptionist Eshad was very helpful. He suggested we switch the rooms as there was a better one in the same category- with a better view and less humid/damp. Disliked · Only a very harsh white light as the only source, overall the property didn’t look well maintained, not like on the pictures. Worn down. There was a hole cut out in the bathroom ceiling and no pressure for hot water in the shower, only cold so we had to use a bucket wash.

Awesome and cosy place! Most importantly, receptionist and the owner were really helpful! They helped us booking transports and early check in. Thank you so much for being so kind and understanding! A must recommended stay for everyone!

Parking is limited to two vehicles at best; our bathroom floor was constantly wet and the ceiling wasn't completely closed off; most of the TV channels had to be paid for. Otherwise, the views from the balcony were nice and breakfast was brought to the room in the morning.

This homestay is situated on a scenic location. On each floar there are two rooms out of which only one room has a balcony. Opt for that room if you are staying here. Rooms were well and clean. Food was average, They don't have a kitchen they order from some restaurant. They don't have water purifier installed. You will get a complementary 1ltr water bottle per day. That's definitely not sufficient and they will charge 25Rs per bottle if you need more. You will get other facilities such as 24×7 hot water, Wifi, TV and Blankets which suits the weather. If you are unlucky you might get a room shared with reception area. And a guy will be sitting there all the time. They shd shift the reception table to some other room. There is a little gap at the bottom of the doors. I guess that's ok if you are with friends. This pretty much sums out our experience at this stay. Hope it helps

Firstly this is not a hotel. It's a homestay. They don't have any kitchen. We booked with breakfast, if they don't have a kitchen how will they provide us with breakfast? Even for tea, they will buy from some outside local place and serve. There is no security guard. It's handled by 4 middle aged guys, one of them is very rude and rowdy, who is threatened us. There is a huge gap in the main door, people from outside can see through that door inside. When we raised that issue, the rowdy guy is telling us that he is not sitting there to look into the rooms. Very bad people, very bad homestay which they are showing as a hotel. It's unsafe for women and children. Never book this property. Also never book through make my trip. For resolving issues they took up more than 5 hours. They don't have any view from the ground floor rooms which was given to us. No mountains can be seen. Very bad view.

Its a small peaceful homestay just 2 km away from Bus Depot and still fell away from city with its beautiful green forest valley view. Owner and caretaker Sahil both are great people who will ensure you stay well. 360 degree Balcony view is the best park, also there is ample parking space. All this at good affordable price.

It was great stay , very nice location with cool breeze and little outside from center of city but that was the best of it. Rooms was spacious , clean and well within Budget , Thanks for host to organize the stay well.

We had booked this for a night last week on 29 May. The room they offered us is actually the reception area. The reception area & the room had a shared small door in between. The owner insisted that we should take the same room shared with the reception. How is that possible ? How can someone use a bedroom in any hotel area shared with the reception area. We requested the owner to give us some other room . He didn't listen. So we booked another property immediately & left the place. The place is also full of mosquitoes. Be careful of this property & the owner. He didn't have the courtesy to refund any amount. We registered a complaint with Agoda as well. This is a shady zero star property don't book as per the pictures. Pictures given here are totally misleading.
