Priyadarshini Homestay

We had been to madikeri in June'16. We were not very sure about the homestays like how it would be, hygiene, hospitality and all. But we were totally impressed by the very first look at it. The view of the homestay itself is very pleasing. One can have a quality time here. The garden was very beautiful with variety of flowers and veggies. The homestay had everything you need. And special mention about Padmini aunty. She is very wonderful, before you could ask for something she would be ready with that. And her dosas ,typical kodagu style puttu and sambhar was just delicious. Worth being here when you are in madikeri for a trip. Amazing homestay....

We stayed in Priyadarshini from 29th Oct to 1st Nov 2016. It was our first experience of a home-stay anywhere and what a beginning it was! We will remember it for a very long time for all the good reasons. Even before we reached the place, when we were delayed en-route to Madikeri because of the heavy traffic, madam Padmini telephoned us twice to inquire if everything was alright. After reaching the place we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at-home immediately. The hospitality extended was outstanding and the food was equally good. Not only we enjoyed a comfortable stay, but also we gained a couple of good friends like madam Padmini and Mr. Poovanna. The accommodation is perfect in all respects and well maintained. We are planning to visit madikeri again in the near future simply to enjoy a few days stay at Priyadarshini. We wish them all the best. Kusuma Ramakrishna.

We had a very nice stay at priyadarshini homestay. Its a nice and clean homestay.The owner Padmini aunty is a very nice and warm person.we stayed there for 2 nights in the month of october and we enjoyed every bit of the stay and food cooked by padmini aunty was really yummy. We were given a 3bhk independent bunglow with equipped kitchen.On both the days padmini aunty served us with delicious breakfast of dosas and rice balls. Also she went out of the way and served us with lip smacking dinner.The chicken curry and fish fry needs a special mention.|There are arrangements for reading and carrom.The well maintained garden also needs a special mention . We been to madikeri in first week of June 2016. Stayed here for two days. Ms Padmini is a wonderful person. She is very helpful through out our stay.... House is maintained Clean and tidy... The view in front of the house is awesome... We enjoyed a lot... We felt we are at home.... ||||Price is also reasonable...

We been to madikeri in third week of September 2015. Stayed here for couple of days. The owner of the property Padmini aunty is a wonderful person.|She was helpful throughout our stay in madikeri. Also the home stay is in good place from where one can enjoy the scenic beauty of Coorg.|Home stay is maintained well, very tidy.|I recommend this place for sure.

To start with Padmini mam is a gem of a lady, and very kind hearted.. My daughter was road sick and just on hearing that she gave her a jira concoction which helped a lot.. Rooms are clean, food is too good.. It is just like staying with someone you know.. If you are with family then stay without worries

It was our 3rd visit to this cute and lovely Homestay in the past decade. Excellent view, ambience, comfort. The quality of comfort provided were more than adequate. The owners were exceptional in hospitality.

The location of the property was super. We could enjoy panoramic view of the madikei town and entire valley view. The breakfast and the dinner were really of different taste and the charges were nominal.
