Walkable from the main bus stop and nearby market area but the place is quiet and calm.Rooms were very clean. They have a kitchen, dining area and living area too. Families can book the whole floor and enjoy.We had wonderful experience staying there

Pros: 1. Around 300m from Madhekeri. If you are looking for some nice house just away from Madhekeri traffic this might be an good option. 2. Rooms were specious and kitchen is also available with utensils and plates with big dinning area. 3. Wash rooms are clean with geyser. Cons: 1. Room service was not that great our bed sheet was not clean and there was holes. 2. They have only breakfast option which is included with room charges but the options are bare minimum. No other meals are available though restaurants are very nearby. 3. It feels like a 2-3bhk house which will feel costlier as there is not much views as it is very near to main market.

This is basically a service appartment. The rooms are well equipped with all the facilities like iron, fridge, kitchenware and proper kitchen. One can easily cook here. Another good point is the location of the property. It is walkable distance from the madikeri busstand. The drawback is the common area. The area is large but if other rooms are occupied by strangers then it is quite awkward for the rest. Even the area is close to the bus stand but after 9 there are very less crowd there in the surroundings.

We had a very great experience with MySpace Express Oleander Service Apartments – Madikeri, Coorg. We experienced our stay on 1st and 2nd October 2022. We had the room 3A on 2nd floor. The room was very spacious, cleaned and maintained. We have enjoyed the special breakfast “Puddu”, which we did not test earlier. With our request, they made the same in next day also. We loved to test once again. All the staff members were very cooperative and attentive. Some issue was found with electric line but they did the thing ready shortly with hard work. Food was not available there except breakfast. Location wise it is very good to move any direction. It has enough safe parking area. It is highly recommended to stay Santa Maria with Couple, family, friend, solo.

We recently stayed there for 2 days. There is no lift, you have to pick up and take luggage to the third floor yourself. No help. The room was average. Unlike pictures. Door lock was bad, tv didnt work, electricity issues. Above that the bf options were limited and tastless. Think of they didnt even have ketchup. The apartment is way downhill with no view. You can peep in peoples house if thats a view. Plus it felt like a hostel the care taker would come up at night and ask us to talk slowly not to sit out in the balcony etc. Wouldn’t recommend this for the price at all.
