This hotel is located at a prime location in coorg and is a natural beauty which is full of different flowers and plants. The rooms are spacious but requires some basic improvements in terms of interiors. Specially want to mention that the restaurant offers great buffet spread and food quality is just awesome. They even provided us with necessary baby food on our special request for our 8month baby. Thanks to chef Tapan for offering a memorable culinary delight. All the staff members are kind and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The ambience was serene and inviting, creating a perfect environment for relaxation. It's a little expensive resort. Rooms are good but at a very secluded area of the property. The breakfast buffet was good, they even handled my request for Jain food. They even gave me a slight discount for opting out from dinner. Amenities like swimming pool, garden, kids play area are good. Not much view from the resort. The staff is also polite and good. Overall a little expensive, not value for money but worth it if you can bargain.

We stayed here with friends.... Overall experience was great.... Swimming pool and other indoor activities were great. More hygiene should be maintained in swimming pool water as it was bit dirty. No lifts available so request for a room on ground floor if you are travelling with senior citizens

The resort is in the cool location with decent amenities like swimming pool , restaurant named sheesham, indoor games and quite a few outdoor games. View from the backside of the resort is beautiful. There is a spacious parking. Additionally there is an adjacent Cafe which serves the palettes of modern people with delicious snacks or food with coffee. Rooms are decent. Though I felt the room could be little bit more spacious for the amount we pay. (Room type superior).|Its quite close to madikeri town (2.5 km) . Restaurant food is decent and tasty but I felt the alacarte items are bit expensive for dinner or lunch. Room service people is highly responsive and the staff are courteous. People out there try to help their customers quickly if there is any issue during their stay. |I would recommend this resort for anyone out there to explore.

Well maintained rooms and friendly staffs especially Mr.Godwin who can speak multi language and he assisted us well to reach the resort. Room service was very good. Overall it's a nice place to stay with family.

Waste of money! WORST Hospitality is what you get here. The rooms are filthy, bedspreads are all soiled, dirty washrooms, room walls are fungus infested. Its like some third class cheap lodge. No toiletries provided in the room. Management staff is very bad, arrogant, there is no co-ordination between front desk and restaurant. Restaurant is another nightmare, you'll have to eat what they provide not what you would like to order. They keep burnt foods in buffet and do not even try to acknowledge or replace it and even apologize for it Room service or any kind of service is dead slow. Swimming pool is filled with high chlorine. If I had a chance, I would have rated it negative. Overall it's just utter waste of hard earned money.
