Oleander Serviced Apartments

Room are dampy, stinky and dirty. Personally I didn't like the stay there. Breakfast is also not good for me. Though other people may like their breakfast.

Best for family, groups. Suitably located from the main road chaos, Every floor has big common area with all kitchen needs. Highly recommend to everyone looking for group/couple of family stay.

Walkable from the main bus stop and nearby market area but the place is quiet and calm.Rooms were very clean. They have a kitchen, dining area and living area too. Families can book the whole floor and enjoy.We had wonderful experience staying there

Our family stayed here last week, & we were happy with the service, location of this property, needless to mention Suresh who's the manager over there gave us a very good service. This property is clean, sanitized, food offered is very good, more a homely food, having a great atmosphere in and around the service apartment. . The main plus point is its in the heart of the town, near to sight seeing places, we stayed twice in the last week, we stayed in the 2nd floor as well as ground floor. The rooms are pretty big. This property is good for families with balcony & sit out. They have a safe covered parking. I would definitely recommend this place. They

Pros: 1. Around 300m from Madhekeri. If you are looking for some nice house just away from Madhekeri traffic this might be an good option. 2. Rooms were specious and kitchen is also available with utensils and plates with big dinning area. 3. Wash rooms are clean with geyser. Cons: 1. Room service was not that great our bed sheet was not clean and there was holes. 2. They have only breakfast option which is included with room charges but the options are bare minimum. No other meals are available though restaurants are very nearby. 3. It feels like a 2-3bhk house which will feel costlier as there is not much views as it is very near to main market.

The stay was very good. The service is very neat and organized. The only thing is that the food could have been a little better. The view from the terrace is spectacular and the apartment is located very near to the city. The hotels, fuel stations are very nearby to the stay and you find many shopping centres near the homestay(1-2km away).

This is basically a service appartment. The rooms are well equipped with all the facilities like iron, fridge, kitchenware and proper kitchen. One can easily cook here. Another good point is the location of the property. It is walkable distance from the madikeri busstand. The drawback is the common area. The area is large but if other rooms are occupied by strangers then it is quite awkward for the rest. Even the area is close to the bus stand but after 9 there are very less crowd there in the surroundings.
