Within walking distance from Temple. Transportation services available (Pick up, Drop off and even sight seeing). Decent rooms and decent pricing with good washrooms. I'd not recommend their food but there are many restaurants nearby.

Walkable distance from the temple. Very friendly staff, Good rooms, homely foods ( I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there only), transportation facility available; I had a comfortable stay in the hotel. I prefer to stay there again.

Recently stayed in Beena Residency . The service is good and it is very close to the temple. But cleanliness and hygiene of the temple is terrible. The rooms are full of small cockroaches and the curtains and other things are very dirty. Suggest the owner/ management to take care of cleanliness. Its really pathetic. I will never recommend anyone to stay here hygiene wise.

Average stay. There is no outside lock for the bathroom and it stays open and toilet was poorly maintained. Very old set up. Toilets seats were broken and slipping. No hot water connection for the shower. Rooms are small. You can get better stays at this price. Only saving grace was the service.

Stayed with family in Beena Residency from Oct 13 to Oct 14 for participating in Chandika Homam. Very good staff. Rooms are clean. Their canteen also serves good food. Overall, best place to stay with family. Walkable distance to the temple. Thanks Mr. Ajay and staff for their service and making our stay a memorable one. We fortunately got the services of Sri Parameswara Adiga for conducting Parivara Pooja @ temple.

This hotel is within walking distance of Kollur Mookambika Temple. The room and bathroom were clean and bed sheets and towels were neat. The reception staff were friendly and supportive. Recommended for those seeking budget friendly and comfortable option near Kollur Temple. However, the TV was not working and they could have informed us about this rather than just keeping the remote away. The wardrobe was old, not clean and lacked hangers. The hotel has its own restaurant in the same building, but I didn't get a chance to try the food, so no comment on it.

BAD Experience, This is the third time I'm staying here, and this time I had a very bitter experience. I booked a room just for a quick refresh for 1500, and they agreed. When I arrived, they said I had to wait for 30 minutes. I told them I needed to return by 12 PM and needed the room just for a refresher. The receptionist rudely said it wasn't possible. I didn't have time to argue and ended up paying 2500. This is an excessive charge. I will not stay here again due to the poor treatment. It seems they exploit people's situations to charge higher prices. I strongly do not recommend this place. Dear devotees, consider this place only as a second option. I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent experience at your hotel. When I booked a room over the phone the previous day, I informed your staff that I needed the room early in the morning for a brief refresher. Although your staff initially advised me to book a 4-bed room since we are a group of six, they later agreed to provide a 2-bed room based on our requirements. Upon my arrival, however, I encountered unexpected changes. Despite having booked the room in advance, I was informed that I needed to wait an additional 30 minutes. This was particularly frustrating as I had chosen your hotel over other available options, such as Abimon Residence, due to my previous positive experiences. Additionally, I would like to clarify that at no point did I argue with your staff. Should there be any doubts, you are welcome to review your security footage. I hope you can address these concerns and improve the service for future guests.

Very near to temple and rooms are good enough . I took double bed premium ac. The towels provided where so bad. You get hot water 24/7 and can get breakfast. But place lacks hygiene.. 2464 is room rent including taxes and they will arrange cab facility to Kudajadri.murudeshwar uduppi rly station etc... Just 50mts from temple
