Itsy Hotels Kattari Komforts, Chikmagalur

Had a good stay. We booked 2 rooms for 5 persons. Both the rooms were suite unit and rooms were big and spacious. The hotel is situated at a prime location. Walking distance from restaurants, groceries, pharmacies etc. Breakfast provided was also decent. The receptionist (both the man and the lady) were very helpful.

Nice views and smooth check-in, but mornings were a bit noisy We checked in around 3:30 AM, and the staff was really helpful—no issues at all since we had informed them in advance. They even gave us water bottles at that hour, which was nice. I got a spacious room (bigger than my friends'), though it didn’t have a great view. One of my friends’ rooms had a really nice view, and the staircase area also offered a great view of the surroundings. The downside was the morning disturbance. We were woken up by a call at 8 AM for breakfast (despite sleeping at 4 AM), and even after asking them to wait, they brought the breakfast around 9 AM. Also, there was quite a bit of kitchen noise—utensils being cleaned, which made it hard to sleep past 9 AM. Overall, a decent place if you’re not too sensitive to morning noise. Good service and location, but some room for improvement on guest comfort.

I have a very good experience . I go to this place straight and take a room.. Mrs parvati receive me with kind.. Clean and neat rooms. Affordable rent.. Prime location.. Safest place for families to stay. I travelled for business visit with friend. Salem ss travel

The rooms were spacious. The receptionist lady named "Parvati" was the sweetest. She was extremely polite and made sure we have a comfortable stay. The hotel is in the heart of the city, which connects to bus stop and other basic amenities. Things they can improve : The bed makes unnecessary sound, even with slight or medium movement. The room could have been lil more tidy. Also, we got the room with 0 view, despite of having other rooms with good view. Overall a decent stay, if the above things are ignored.

Excellent and neat rooms with neat service and spacious rooms and good view. Have stayed there for 3 days and early check-in and late check-out money is also not that much costly. And the best thing is very near to Bus stand and restaurants.

it was great experience to stay with kattari comforts. as we booked couple stays - 3 standard room for 3 couples. rooms and washroom was cleaned and well maintained. 24/7 reception support with warm welcome with 1 complementary Breakfast. all together it was a great experience.

Located near Chikmagalur town bus depot. Nearby central market area. Hotel was clean, mostly no frill type and spacious. Basement car parking available, including roadside parking. Staff available for basic errands. No attached restaurant, however, many eateries available in nearby area. Overall good and descent hotel.

Everything was good neat and clean room and bathroom and heater also working well.they gave waterbottle everything nice with affordable price
