CN Windsor Hotel

Hotel is good in terms of Quantity not in terms of quality. 1. Rooms are very big but there is no view. Window is there but is just above your bed (you cant view anything with a cup of tea). 2. Washrooms are big too but you will mosquitoes all the time. Exhaust fan is there but there is no switch. Steps are there to reach washroom from your room. You can slip anytime. 3. Food is good but when you order something, they will miss something all the time. Example: they will deliver food to your room but without spoon and bowl. Likewise tea but without cups. 4. swimming pool is very small like for kids (in length) 5. breakfast with limited items buffets 6. Overall, only budget friendly.

Stayed here in family suite for a day thinking that swimming pool and games area can be used . Swimming pool is not operational and games except snooker are not usable. No proper TT bats. Few Carrom coins are missing. A 4 star hotel could have easily arranged these. Our main purpose to book this hotel is not met. Otherwise ambience of the room/hotel/restaurant is good. Do not keep much expectations on the amenities.

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area in Chikmagalur. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and very spacious. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely supportive. Very decent menu in the breakfast. Taste was good. The internet was fast enough, although it did disconnect occasionally. Overall, we had a fantastic stay! Thanks to CN Windsor! I’ve already recommended this place to a few friends without any hesitation.

Rooms are maintained nicely. Location is ok. Service staff is good. Stating it as luxury hotel, requires improvement on the breakfast menu. Breakfast items are very limited. For Dinner, a la carta has good options on Chinese food menu which is nicely made

This is a convention hall attached rooms which are very badly designed. Whatever can go wrong has gone wrong here. My first room did not have Leg space in front of the commode. There’s no room service, restaurant has 20 stairs to climb and closes early. No decent restaurants near by. Window shutter was causing noise through out the night. Worth a stay if the tariff is less than 1000. The 4000 was a rip off. Breakfast was bad

I stayed there with family for 2 nights. Room and property are neat and well maintained. Swimming pool was not that clean. Service was also very good. Restaurant was good and food was of good quality and taste. Only issue I observed was the location of the property. It is close to the city and not in the mountains so we will not get the feel of being in a trip to high range.

During my recent visit, I booked this property via Agoda, and stayed 7-06-25 , But very disappointed, Room was smelly, faucet, showers, basin are not running good amount of water, Although room was big but no windows available , Bathroom ventilator was inside gallery, privacy was not maintained. due to non maintenance it was not ok. Staff were untrained, Reception person was a young boy with only excuses, My booking was included breakfast, but it was almost finished, at 9:30A.M.

Stayed in CN Windsor hotel along with the family. The room was spacious for our children to feel comfortable and cleanliness was on spot. Restaurant is very welcoming, beautifully maintained with vibrant colours, Tasty food with multiple options again a big plus. Finally, I was very impressed by the courtesy extended by the staff, right from the time we checked in, we noticed the warmed and welcome that was extended. Guiding us on our daily plan and making us feel comfortable throughout the stay. This is a big shout out to the staff... Thank u and keep setting the bar high.
