CN Windsor Hotel

Good hotel, good service and good behaviour. Its very clean and the staffs are very polite and helpful. Khalid is doing a very good job to manage the entire place and his responses are prompt to any kind of feedback. The breakfast buffet is limited however the restaurant menu has a lot of options. Food is tasty. Rooms are very spacious and the pool is very well maintained. Would recommend visiting this hotel for stay with family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located in the city and has easy access to everything and every place. Amazing staff and wonderful facilities. A cute and nice swimming pool to comfort and relax you. If you want to skip staying at any home stay or in woods, this is a perfect choice. Highly recommended for families.

In short Worst Room that I ever had to stay in my life. The intercom was not working ROOF WAS LEAKING, not just in one place, but at least 3 places. The TV Was not working. What went well? The Food. That could be because we had to walk to the restaurant. We booked this hotel, at least 2 ~ 3 weeks before the check-in date. And yes indeed, it was a bit more costly. We checked in a little bit late. And right then and there, they stuck us into a shitty room on the Ground Floor. And there it begins. Tired from the driving, all we wanted to do was rest and watch TV. Well, there was no remote. :) I had to go to the reception four times to get the remote. When we finally got it, I noticed that there was only one socket for the plug. So it was either a TV or a set-top box. Frustrated to the core, and hungry, we decided to order room service. When I tried to use the phone, the intercom was down. So we went to the restaurant. On the way, I informed the Receptionist about our predicament. When I told them about the intercom situation, they said it won't work until tomorrow. :) So every time, when we need to place an order from room service, I have to walk to the restaurant. I gave them the key and told them to fix the TV. The food was good, compared to all the other issues. It indeed was good. We came back, and they told me everything was fixed. Alas, nothing was. They gave us an extension box and did not even bother to turn on the TV. Frustrated and tired, we decided to watch some Netflix on the phone. And when I was sitting on the chair, I noticed that the roof was leaking. Most peculiar thing. We were not even able to sleep at night because, late night it was leaking near the bed like someone turned on the shower. So, all in all. The worst room that I have stayed in.

We had a pleasant stay at CN Windsor at Chikmagalur. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly, in particular, Mr. Khalid who was very co-operative. The ambience of their restaurant is truly eye catching and the food was really tasty. The buffet for breakfast was lavish. Special thanks to the service manager, Mr. Girish.

Not as good as it looks in the pictures ..interiors are a little too overdone . Food is not bad. The pool can be a little better maintained and even the changing room adjacent to it . You can make out what sort of person owns the property the minute u set foot ..If - you - know - you -know what i mean !! Lot of scope for improvement. service is below average .

The rooms are spacious, featuring a comfortable bed, two chairs, a teapoy, and a TV. They provide ample accessories such as water bottles, a hot water kettle, and tea bags. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, with fresh towels, toiletries, and dental kits. The air conditioning functioned well, and all bedding was clean and comfortable. Service-wise, the hotel appears to be understaffed, leading to occasional delays in room service and at the restaurant. The food options were somewhat limited but quite tasty, especially the South Indian breakfast. It would be great if they added a toaster for those who enjoy toasted bread. It was an amazing experience staying here. The rooms very massive and clean The bathroom was hygienic and the hotel staff was super friendly. Will definitely visit again.
