Super Hotel O Blooms Residency Near Baiyappanahalli Metro Station

The hotel manager is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to guests. The rooms are clean, but the service is really terrible. After staying there, it felt like the manager was doing a favor by letting me stay in the hotel.

Third class room ever in my life. Everywhere hairs, stinky smell in bath room, no toilet jet working, no water tap working, no towels, bed plastic was not removed making annoying smell. Receptionist person very rude

Worst room. They have not done room service properly. They asked extra 500 rupees. It was not worthless. Bad experience.

Very pathetic and disgusting staff. At the time of check in, they started asking additional amount than what was agreed on OYO and abused me. I was thinking of filing a police complaint against the hotel and OYO for such worst service. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please friends, avoid this property and be safe.

Budget friendly. Not a great choice for family. Bit old property. Location has a very good tiffin centre which serves excellent Tamil Nadu style idli dosa pongal poori etc during breakfast and dinner. We choose this hotel mostly for budget friendly stay and to get good food.

The room was okay. They provided basic amenities like AC and TV. The washroom was cleaned up. Even though we had booked a room for three people, only one Towel was provided in the room. Ordering food/water seemed a bit expensive for its worth. The corridor region was good, and cupboards and everything also seemed good. But seemed like the room was not thoroughly cleaned, as there was a weird cigarette smell coming inside. There was also close to no room for ventilation as the windows were very small, and no balcony as shown in pictures.

Cleanliness: Room may look clean from outside but cockroach’s/insects in the room at top floor itself. Kitchen: They don’t have kitchen but still they take money for breakfast from 3rd party apps and refuse to provide money breakfast. Location: Location wise bit good at. Within 1.5km from RMZ infinity Google/Synopsys office and Metro station Couple friendly: Yes.
