OYO 78920 Elegant Stays

Clean rooms and professional staff. One less star for not providing the soap. But they had the Gel and shampoo which might be a good thing for others but didn't work for me. But overall good experience. It is right in the middle of the market so that's a plus too. Very less night traffic so quite peaceful.

Very nice hotel, calm and quite and main thing is value for money. Surrounding this hotel lots of good option for food. Particularly for north Indian Banarashi Tadka is there where you can get really awesome food with cheaper price. Location wise also good. Cons: - Google location has to improve. It's showing wrong location and I had to search. - Should have proper board to recognise the hotel

Our stay was very comfortable and cost effective given that I booked the room just the day before we reached blr. I m giving 4 stars as the hotel needs to address the smoking gang at the pan shop at the very entrance and a couple of hangers and a chair in the room will add great value. I appreciate the support and love we got from the friendly staff.. Will definitely rebook for my next stay..

I'm highly disappoint by the service. Room was tiny and cozy. Reception people are very casual. They don't provide towels also need to ask for it. No water bottles inside the room. And most importantly no running hot water in the washroom. This are basic need. Now toh almost everywhere you will get all basic amenities. My expectation was high. But sorry to say it was my worst choice to stay there.

This is a new property as per their version. Room service was very poor. TV was not working. Geezers were not working. Was rectified after several complains to the manager after 2 days. No cloth hangers in the cupboard, not a single chair in the room. If they rectify these things, then it will be better because it is located in a central area.

Happy to stay safe and secure in this place. Good caring staff with politeness Providing Good Service Good cleanliness Visitors are not allowed in the rooms they have to sit in guest room only. This particular thing (guest not allowed)is main for the security of the customers. Women and children are safe here in STAY SAFE AND STAY HAPPY

Very Worst service. This hotel have regular water issues. They don't even know to deal with simple issues. Customers have left in mid of the day, without waiting for cancellations and refund. I have booked this idiotic Oyo room "Oyo 40271 Elegant stay, Tin factory" with Ra 942/- and stayed less than 5hrs and I left the room and I didn't even got the cancellation amount.
