Although the propert was good but not well maintained. Could see tiles coming off. Flush was releasing excess water which came out of the commode every time. Location is excellent. Complimentary breakfast was ok

We have visited on Dec 2023for official tour. The rooms are average. Bathroom system is not atall good. The drainage water of bathroom comes out of the glass chamber and get drained near toilet. | Toilets are not that comfortable. ||Food quality is average but price is very high as per the quality. ||The room cost is nit justified as per the room quality and other fascilities. ||As it's at the bistupur market hence people chose to reduce travel.

One of the good hotels I've stayed at in Jamshedpur.. Located at the very prime location, great visibility and easy to access yet very affordable and good service.. I had booked through Goibibo, the check-in process was really smooth and the rooms were really very neat and clean.. Good spacious rooms with simple amenities and clean towels and all.. The food is delicious really quick service.. I was craving Chinese and the chef made the food exactly the way I wanted.. Breakfast is served on the top floor which is okay, the spread of the breakfast is quite good enough with veg and non veg options.. The service was very good and so were the service people.. Very spontaneous and very kind.. Good option to stay in Jamshedpur.. Thank you for the service.!!

U get a unique experience to live with rats! When it rains outside, it rains inside too! The heater gets damaged every 2days Everyday u find a new component that needs to be repaired Lift has no sensors, opens and close as it wishes They cost you 10rs for a sheet of paper (you can understand the level of hospitality by now) Breakfast? Sorry Puri is complimentary, the chef doesn't know any other dish If u still wanna reside here, all the best bud!

Dear Team,||I recently stayed at B S PLAZA from February 4th to 5th, and I gotta be honest, I wasn't too thrilled with my experience. The service was a bit lacking, and the food was way too spicy and oily for my liking, even after I let the staff know about my preferences. Their response was pretty negative too, saying that people in the area love spicy food. But hey, not everyone can handle that level of spice, right?|it was quite disappointing. The room wasn't properly cleaned, and I even noticed some broken tiles in the bathroom. It really felt like a waste of money considering the condition of the room.||I wanted to provide some feedback to help you improve the overall guest experience. Dear All, Location: Good. It is in the main market. Food: Costly. Both Veg and Non Veg. Rooms: Not so great. The lamps are old. TV was not working properly at the time of check in. However the beds are fine. Bathroom Cleanliness good. The hot water not so hot. Regards,
